I have been messaging the company but they are very reluctant to reply, i want to return an item but they are not giving me their returns address, I know have taken the matter up with paypal to get a refund, if i don’t get any satisfaction there then I have no alternative to involve trading standards and citizen advice

I brought a carpet cleaner/hoover from this company a few years back, as did my neighbour and my daughter, and we have not been disappointed, and I have come back again to buy an upgrade. I have to admit the service was perfect; it was delivered on time, well packed, brand new and works brilliantly, so you won't get any complaints here. Thank you.

Excellent reconditioned Hetty for £99!
Bought 2 reconditioned Hettys for £99 each. If it weren't for the unbranded brown boxes you wouldn't know they weren't brand new! Quick delivery. Very happy customer! I will probably be back for more soon as I run a small cleaning company.
