Do not deal under any circumstance with this company it took my money did not respond on the telephone, by email or by using the company enquiry form. The product I ordered has NEVER bben supplied. I have been diddled out of about £21 and have now reported the situation to my credit card company. I will be writing to Companies House suggesting they review the Company registration as I have suffered effectively a scam.

Order some paint from here and when delivered the item was damaged so the whole paint has leaked everywhere an unable to be used now. I’ve emailed multiple times to get money back and no reply!

Our order for vent covers arrived quicker than expected and they are just as described. Very reasonable price so very happy with our purchase.

Unfortunately the delivery went to a local shop instead of being delivered to us directly. I did contact the supplier, but didn't get a reply until after delivery. In all my years of purchasing for business this was the first time this has happened. It was a bit difficult getting it collected and I had to pay to have it delivered from the shop to our unit address. Otherwise, the good were fine and arrived in good order.

Product was as advertised and delivery was prompt will shop on this site again

This order when to a collection depot instead of my home address l could not collect and it was returned to sender. I tried to have it re directed but had no reply from either the company or carrier

I ordered and paid for 6 bowls but only 4 were delivered. I have emailed 3 times and tried to phone but emails have not been answered and I cannot get through on the phone.

Don't send your order phone line not working a email every week with were looking in yo it its a total scam DO NOT ORDER needs closed

Ordered 2 tubs of paint, they came and 1 tub of paint the lid came off and by the time I received my delivery it had emptied in the full box and leaked all into my recycle bin where the postman left it!
Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Called their number god knows how many times but no answer.
I was told I would get a refund for the damaged item over 2 weeks ago and still no refund.
I've emailed twice and tried calling again but no reply! Looks like I will be going to ombudsman to get this resolved if they don't refund me ASAP!!

Easy to order but follow up emails were confusing. Product as expected.

My order arrived with an item leaking but worse the main item missing. Contacted the company but had no reply. So dispatch and packing poor, aftercare totally absent. This was an initial test order, so needless to say my last.

Hi does what it says on the tin

Disappointed. Does not include mains charger. Fortunately uses USB. Saw nothing on listing stating "No mainscharger included". Enentually found statement on end of box - "Not included - all 5V min. 1A standard plugs can be used". Other than that seems well constructed.
