AVOID this is a scam site, order placed 4 weeks ago, which should have been delivered in 4 to 6 days, cannot get in contact and have just been sent a dispatch note with sizes of the parcel that no resemblance to the product I have ordered

I didn't want to leave a bad review but…
I didn't want to leave a bad review but noone has answered 6 emails and god knows how many calls. I ordered 2 breakfast bar legs and got 1 breakfast bar leg and 1 table leg both different colours both different leg bottoms and one dented ,I need to return these I am really disappointed and my kitchen goes in this week . If I had of received the same 2 legs I wouldn't have a problem or if someone had of answered my numerous emails I wouldn't be writing this

SCAM DROPSHIPPING COMPANY
SCAM DROPSHIPPING COMPANY. They send out some orders and some they don't. My order 11224/230824/67 they ignored. I sent three emails and did not get a reply. I rang 30 times, no one answers. It is now SEVEN WEEKS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER, NO SIGN! Update: Today I received a refund - I would not have got it if I hadn't made a slamming review on here. This company (one man actually) doesn't give a fig - DIRECTPICK IS A SCAM!

DIRECTPICK IS A SCAMMER COMPANY
As the last review - the parcel got stuck because Directpick did not pay enough postage. On my second visit to the Royal Mail collection point, I finally got my parcel after paying £3.50. I had already paid £7.99 for the goods to be delivered. Directpick promised to compensate, but nothing has turned up. I believe that this company is a scammed and doesn't care about their customers. DIRECTPICK IS A SCAM COMPANY.
UPDATE - DIRECTPICK SAY THEY HAVE COMPENSATED ME - BUT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company I ordered wall panels ,paid the extra for 2 to 3 day delivery ,sent numerous emails with no reply tried calling more than 20 times with no answer In total £164 down will be going to my bank to set up a scam dispute to recover my money back
