I received confirmation of my order and payment 11/4 but I’ve never received my order or notification of when I might expect it to be delivered 😩

Terrible experience.
Placed two orders on 13th of April.
I cancelled an order immediately after purchase which was fine. Since then I have not received a refund for the cancellation nor have I received goods for the one order I placed.
No email for my invoice either.
No Contact or communication.
I will be raising a disputed transaction claim with my Bank.
Would not recommend to buy from this website.
EXTREMELY poor customer service. Refuse to reply to any emails or fix any problems.
I purchased a week ago, still no confirmation of order, no email of estimated date of delivery and no way of contact until receiving an email asking for a review.
I have not yet received a Tracking code after 7 days or any indication when I should expect delivery.

Checkout kept sending back saying it cant ship to me yet I have use the site may be 6/8 times before. logged in again and again finely it excepted my order

I ordered car booster seat for my child long time ago,I am still waiting for that,when I track my order it still showing on same location not moving, send email to get any update about my order but not respond.
Easy to purchase on a good website and the response with info and tracking info was prompt and efficient. I was kept advised of the day the parcel was coming and this was great as it enabled me to ensure someone was home. I love the quality of Direct on Sale products. I have ordered many products over the years.

Price said $153 online - then I received an email saying you had to add $60 for delivery - initially I said yes but then said NO (sorry) and haven't heard / received anything since.
