Terrible experience
Terrible experience.
Placed two orders on 13th of April.
I cancelled an order immediately after purchase which was fine. Since then I have not received a refund for the cancellation nor have I received goods for the one order I placed.
No email for my invoice either.
No Contact or communication.
I will be raising a disputed transaction claim with my Bank.
Would not recommend to buy from this website.

Easy to purchase on a good website and the response with info and tracking info was prompt and efficient. I was kept advised of the day the parcel was coming and this was great as it enabled me to ensure someone was home. I love the quality of Direct on Sale products.
