I recently ordered a custom PC unit from Direct Computer, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Communication with the team was excellent and prompt, and Joshua managed all my questions and concerns with professionalism and patience, which gave me complete confidence in this company.
The custom PC unit looks even better than I imagined, and the price was unbeatable. I sent quotes to the top 10 PC specialist companies in the UK, and Direct Computer offered the best deal by far. Additionally, Joshua added 3 extra fans for free and sent me a bonus keyboard, which was a pleasant surprise.

Your order was dispatched with UPS, and the confirmation email you received clearly included the UPS tracking number and courier details as well as a link to the tracking website. The general email referencing DPD was in regards to the weather delays. However, the essential dispatch email with UPS tracking was accurate and contained all necessary details to track your order.
When UPS attempted delivery and left a calling card due to no one being in or available at the time, it’s standard practice for the recipient to check the tracking information or contact UPS directly if the card lacks specific details. We regret that this caused inconvenience, but the tracking link provided in your email then provided details on where to go to collect this.
To confrim your order had been placed before Christmas and we had only recieved a reply from yourself when being notifed from the team that the item had been returned to us. Our team explained this during the conversation and offered a solution to either resend the item or process a refund. While we always strive to provide exceptional service, we rely on customers to follow the tracking details provided and contact the courier for updates when needed.
We are committed to improving our communication and processes to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

I can not praise this company enough - especially Joshua.
I purchased a computer for my son for Christmas, my son is autistic, so attention to detail is extremely important to him - Joshua totally understood and took all this on board.
He spent ample amount of time making sure that my son would be happy.
His patience and helpfulness was on another level - he really went the extra mile.
So refreshing for companies to actually care about customer service these days - I was offered a personal service and not just treated like a number.

My son wanted to build a gaming computer. I sought advice and after a few emails explaining the budget and what we wanted, Joshua provided a spec to suit. There was no pressure to buy, just guidance. I recommend anyone who is looking at gaming computers, either parts or complete systems to use Direct Computers. It is reassuring to know what you are buying is compatible and there is support and advice plus warranty on items. There is not a lot of difference in complete sets to self build as some deals offer good discounts such as a free keyboard, mouse and windows. I negotiated a price and direct were happy to honour it. If you go to a marketplace or random site if anything goes wrong there is a risk you won't get any aftercare.

Great service
Tdlr: Absolutely 5 star after sales service, Joshua from the customer service team guided me through the whole process of reinstalling Windows, was patient, supportive and communicate with great details.
Bought a PC from them which took about two weeks to build and deliver, acceptable time and the customer service kept me updated during the whole process.
Received the PC but it had problems when I was in the progress of installing new programs, updating Windows etc...it crashed into blue screen, restarted itself few times but could not enter Windows, I try some magic with the Windows Recovery Mode but to no avail, contacted their customer service team throught the live chat at their website, quick response, helpful conversation, and guided me to reinstall Windows, great man Joshua, 5 star service !
