The guys at Direct Computers were great! I had no clue what I needed, but I gave them a budget (and an old gaming case) and explained what I would be using my pc for. They then gave me a list of different specs and prices that I could choose from. There was no up selling or trying to get me to spend more, in fact it was the opposite. They gave me a build that was under my available budget and with better specs than I thought I would have been able to get (manufacturers must put a huge mark up on their builds).

The turn around from placing my order and the pc being ready was quick and exactly when they said it would be ready.

I know my case made it a difficult and fiddly job for them, but they managed to get everything in as well as all the ports and lights working.

Really good company with lots of easy and hassle free communication. They have a really good personal approach, and I didn't feel like just a number to them. I will definitely be using them for all my IT purchases in the future.

Recently contacted Direct Computers to request advice about customising my PC to enable me to upgared it from Win10 to Win11. Excellent service from all who assisted....from the lady who first took my call (very welcoming and helpful) through to Josh who provided advice, arranged for the upgrade and took the PC from me (I live near them), and on to the specialist who talked me through the final stages of the upgrade. Initially phoned them at 11.30am and collected the upgraded PC at 4.30pm. First class! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all.

I bought the DCG Nexus - Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB DDR4, RTX 4060 8GB, 500GB SSD, 27" 165Hz Monitor Gaming PC Bundle for my sons birthday and he absolutely loves it! At first I was very hesitant as it was alot of money to waste but josh helped build our package and I can honestly say I've had not one complaint from a very fussy boy :) finance options available are also amazing! Searched for weeks after finally agreeing to my 14 yr old daughter having a gaming pc. I honestly didn't know anything about them.

What can I say

From the first initial contact to the last of picking up our custom made PC was brilliant. Joshua was fantastic with everything. They listened to what I wanted and put everything together and came back with a price that I couldn't believe. I had shopped around from place to place but never felt like others were really bothered or were really expensive. Even when we arrived to pick the system up i felt welcomed from when we walked in. They have really good knowledge and know what there talking about. Got to give a little shout out to George who was working in the back where all the magic happens, again he has fantastic knowledge and know what he is talking about and although he was working on another build for someone else still had the time to make conversation with myself. I will be back in future for further upgrades and extra bits. I now will not go anywhere else in terms of gaming. Brilliant company and I hope they go very far
