Very helpful and did exactly what they said they'd do!!
I ordered a summer dress for my granddaughter (age 8) size 34/36 even though I was doubtful that it would fit as she's a 35 bust/chest now. I asked if any other schools had the same dress in bigger sizes but only 1 other school had this pattern and no bigger sizes. Very nice email from Chloe (I think) saying that after speaking to the school (who may be expanding a further 2 year groups who will obviously be bigger) & supplier they are going to trial sizes 38 and 40 for next year as special orders - result!!!! Whilst I personally don't like the material the dress is made from that's obviously not up to me but I'm VERY grateful to you for making these efforts on my behalf. Thank goodness the one fits for this year!!

Out of stock turnaround
They were out of stock of what I needed. Quick email to them to ask when more stock coming. Swift reply received and was promised they’d email me when back in stock and on website. True to word, they got in touch. All sorted in a couple of days. Great customer service.

Lottery sizing and slow delivery, Customer service who don't like facts
Took a month to deliver despite being in stock at the time of order.
UPDATE: Despite company comment below - order placed 27 Feb and not available to collect until Weds 19th March.
2ND UPDATE - Screenshot of delivery tracking app gives delivery date to the school of 19th March. There is no shop and I'd checked with the School Reception (who take deliveries) before then to confirm not delivered.
Yet again sizing appears to be a lottery. 3rd order - sizing appears to bear no relation to the stated measures nor does this order appear to be consistent with previous ones.
UPDATE - Spoken to the team and there is a 2" tolerance allowed either way - so nearly 10% on a 24" waist skirt. Hence the lottery comment.
Rating lowered because the Company doesn't appear to like facts.

We are sorry you feel it took so long for you to receive your order. However I can see that you order was placed 27th February and ready to be collected from the school shop on the 4th March. This would have been stated at checkout. We can confirm that the item arrived with the school on the said date. Anything outside of this would have been down to the school.
As for the sizing of the garment one of our team will be making contact to look into this further.
