They keep cramming Dualsense controller boxes in a box that's 1-2mm smaller than the Dualsense box itself, so the controller packaging becomes crumbled even before sending it out.

We were kept informed every step of the way, from placing the order til it arrived.

I really like how fast they deliver the PS5 . I opened the box and it looked like new you get it Best Buy . Plus the PS5 works great too with no problems .

Great delivery in good shape one thing I do have to say is when it is being delivered I would like to know what time estimates just that it will arrive that day. We had my dogs out when ups arrived and they almost left other than that everything was good.

The inside of the package was demolished like crazy; it's a wonder that the controller wasn't damaged.

Had such an amazing experience never had a package handled with such care, arrived overnight couldn't ask for much more 10/10

Quickness and quality

Super excited love you guys still had in stock and on sale for 160 bucks worth every dollar glad scalpers didn’t buy all up and got for retail under retail gonna look super cool and display case also was well packaged arrived with no dents in box creases, etc.

The case is broken, and the disk was out of its position. I only hope it wasn't scratched up too much to be playable. I don't see any method of letting them know on my order, so I am posting here instead. Also I don't understand how the game is $20 less to order than to download digitally. Seems less like the cost is less for you if I purchase online and you don't have to ship me a physical copy.

On time delivery. I got the package within 48 hours of purchasing it. UPS took over the delivery and I got to say I am not content with the way the deliverer just dropped the package on the porch like that. It’s careless to say the least. But other than that, everything else was great.

It was a signature on arrival delivery. I missed as I was not at home first time. You put a lot of restrictions I can't contact with driver, I can't see live map for delivery, I can't change address or time for this delivery. It was a worse experience. They rescheduled it and gave me a 3 hours bracket. I literally sat on road for 2 hours to get this delivery. I live in unit B and that delivery guy came both time at unit 1. You need to change delivery preferences as UPS told sender strict them. It was a terrible experience shopping directly from Playstation online.

Very fast shipping, I ordered yesterday, it was supposed to arrive within 4 days . It arrived here today!!! 1 day, OMG. So happy I have a playstation premium subscription so I can stream hundreds of games, I am so excited. Thank you so much Playstation!!!
