Avoid avoid avoid.

Purchased a bed through wowcher and after being messed about with a delayed delivery due to a van breaking down I recieved the bed over two weeks late.

It is cheap, flimsy and I would be surprised if it lasts the summer out. So disappointed.

I read the website and it says 14 days to make returns with a charge of £50. Least its better than the airbed I was on while waiting for it.

Avoid this company at all costs it is dodgy when I rang they sounded very unprofessional and could not speak English properly I ordered a 'luxury double memory foam matteress' from wowcher for a start it is not memory foam it is springs and nothing about it is luxury I ordered the matteress in Febuary 2020 its now mid June 2020 and I can feel the springs coming through and hurting my back already when laying down so will now have to replace it again after 4 months?? Also I noticed they do not advertise the matteresses on there direct website only on wowcher so what is that about?? Avoid it at all costs dodgy rip off company!

Brought a grey double divan through Wowcher for £200 apparently they sell it for £600? its a poorly made pile of junk that i would be loathed to have paid £100 for. Avoid at all costs

I have to say after reading all the bad review, I was dreading the bed arriving And half hoped it wouldn’t, However, three days after ordering, it arrived. It is well packaged.
The bed is basic , but went together well and quite easily, I don’t normally put things together but managed with no trouble, the mattress is a decent size and when put together, looks the part. It is as you see in the picture, it’s a double bed, it’s not the best quality, but is comfortable and certainly worth the money . I don’t know what people expect for £200 but honestly I was really pleasantly surprised. It is in my spare room and lookS lovely. In my honest opinion had it been for myself, I would have spent a considerably lot more money on a bed, but it’s for a spare room, I would certainly recommend it, at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Okay, so i ordered a king sized grey divan and mattress from wowcher. Then i looked at the reviews and panicked.. alot! HOWEVER my bed and mattress have just arrived and everything is in brilliant condition, well worth the money i paid for it. The divan was easy to put together and assemble. The order came on the date i slected and they kept me up to date with the time too.The delivery guy was really friendly and helpful! Would order again from these

wish i had looked at reviews before bough a double bed through wowcher good offfers but not worth the price, memory foam mattres, not true memory foam had springs in it so dont know the difference between spring and memory, chipped headboard, delivery driver dropped off wrong mattress to multiple address, other people i called already opened my product and kept it, company doesnt care

Bought a luxury small divan double bed with mattress ! Please please avoid this company ! The bed is very poorly made ! The headboard has disappeared since putting on a shoddy mattress not fit for purpose ! The mattress springs are sticking in my back causing horrendous back pain !
There is no fire label on the mattress which is illegal ! They must know these beds are shoddy ! They’ve offered me £65 compensation towards a new mattress ! Wowcher are a disgrace not taking responsibility for this sham !
Do not buy ! Please you will end up paying out twice !

I bought a double divan grey fabric bed via Wowcher from this company for my daughter. Apparently a ‘luxury’ bed and mattress. Ye, right.
It’s cheap looking, the mattress isn’t great, the headboard squeaks because you can’t secure it very well, the virtually unpadded headboard is stapled on, and the base doesn’t clip together properly.
Ok for a spare room if you’re short of cash, and don’t like your guest. Otherwise don’t bother!
I’ve just ordered a better bed and mattress from Furniture 123. They know how to do low priced, high quality beds! (and no, I don’t work for them).
Give this shoddy company a wide berth and take note of all the bad reviews.
Wowcher, you should be ashamed too.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Mattress delivered not as described - poor quality, different material and construction. Shocking misrepresentation. Bought via LivingSocial - not as advertised. Don’t be tempted by advertised discounts - not worth it at full price and doubt it was ever full price. That is a failure. Misrepresentation of goods and unhelpful when I contacted them assuming they had delivered the wrong bed. Alarm bells wrang when when I called re late delivery promise and assistant referred to as a Wowcher bed. Avoid like the plague.

Slight mix up with delivery date. But quick email to company and it was resolved, my mattress looks excellent quality can't wait to see if I will get a better nights sleep? Was quite surprised how quick it was delivered during outbreak

Awful experience from start to finish.
Ordered a rattan dining set from wowcher over a month ago. Still not received it. After calling and saw sending numerous emails I Was eventually left a very dismissive email saying basically it’s not their problem and to contact wowcher for a refund which could take up to 10 days!!! This was after them telling us that the furniture would be delivered on 5th May!!

Bought a small double bed for our 10 year old, owned this bed for just over 6 months and the mattress springs have failed and by son can no longer sleep on it.

This bed was brought from wowcher and for it to last just 6 months is a Joke, we have been told we are out of warranty after 6 months, I would not buy from this company again.

Please avoid this company! Wish I read reviews prior to purchasing rattan set via wowcher. Was given 2 delivery dates and on both dates they e.mail to say they cannot deliver. Requested refund and their e.mails have now stopped. Impossible to contact by telephone. Absolute shambles

Please avoid this company. One man (not 2) struggled to deliver 2 single beds and mattresses to me which are very cheap looking and not as described. Have tried to contact them by phone but they are not operating a telephone service at the moment. Have emailed and it has taken 3 attempts before they come back to me, avoiding my question of a warranty 3 times. Wowcher have passed the buck back to them so I have told my friends and family about their cowboy business. I have also deleted my account with wowcher and will never deal with them or the cowboys again.

Not sure why they have so many negative reviews - I ordered a Divan bed from Wowcher. Delivery was a little slow - but this is understandable due to the current situation. Bed is okay quality but looks amazing. There was a missing part but when i emailed them they posted this out to me and I got it within a couple days.

I ordered a rattan garden set through Wowcher at the beginning of April and it was due to be delivered on the 17th. No communication from them until finally I got hold of wowcher on the 4th May who emailed them on my behalf. Finally I received a response saying that they will be delivering they just don't know when??? I have asked for a refund, I won't hold my breath so I'll go through paypal. I understand there are delays because of Covid 19 but it takes minutes to send an email to keep the customer informed. Disgusting.

Then only person in the flat was my 70 year old Nan - i’m a key worker- and they refused to even bring the bed inside of the flats entry leaving my 70 year old nan who even asked if they could bring it up as she wouldn’t be able to carry it. They left the bed outside for anybody to take. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I have just received my 10 seater rattan dining set purchased through wowcher, having read the reviews afterwards I was worried. However the service has been excellent, we ordered on the Sunday and it was delivered by Friday. The quality was fine, yes it’s not worth £1500 quoted as the original price, but it is excellent value for £450, we paid through wowcher. It looks lovely in our garden and it’s easy to assemble, although I would allow a few hours.

Ordered a 10 piece rattan set from wowcher, arrived over 2 weeks ago, missing a huge piece of the table so cannot use till I receive this. Emailed 4 times this company 9 days ago... still not heard anything and looks like I wont be getting the missing piece or my 430 pounds back? So I have garden furniture I cannot use and wasted money
