Avoid like the plague.
Bought a mattress, had the wrong one delivered and since have been unable to make any contact with the company. 5 contact numbers on their website are all invalid and they do not reply to email. I've had to go through my credit card for a refund

Bought a bed from this company through wowcher , was £599 reduced to £169. The base broke within 6mths, the mattress awful from the start. After a it of emails a replaced was agreed, the bed no different or the base. Both flimsy base broken again!!!

Bought a bed from Wowcher from 'Furniture Italia' which upon further investigation is this company. Bed arrived in a filthy state, one of the legs broke during assembly, literally shattered to pieces. No where to attach the headboard. No bore holes for the bolts. They sent me the wrong bed. Not to mention it took almost a month to arrive even though I was told a week so I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I had no option to keep it. They offered me £30 compensation. I just made do. Not even a year later and I went to get out of bed and I fell through the divan base. It just collapsed in. I am disabled and live alone I was lucky it wasn't worse or I would have been trapped. I contacted them and they have told me that it is out with the 6 months return period and they have already given me £30 back. I'm furious! That's not going to buy a new bed is it? My friend had a look and it super thin ply wood on the divan base, when he showed me it I was shocked. I've seen stronger cardboard, and I'm not even exaggerating. My friend is going to fix it properly, but I have spent money on a bed that just isn't fit for purpose. I would have been better just getting one from the local charity shop. I'm going to contact trading standards today because this company does not deserve to stay open. So upset. I actually can't stop crying. This is the last thing I need!

No assembly instructions. Two base units with no holes for headboard struts. No indication on how to securely join the two base units together. Goodness knows what mattress is like. Emailed them several times no answer. Unable to connect via their phone either. Very unfavourable

Ordered a single bed via Wowcher via Klarna . Paid first payment . .Didnt receive an acknowledgement of my order . E mailed ,tried to phone .. total blank . E mailed twice again. Zilch. Looks like a scam judging by the GENUINE reviews. Just a warning to avoid these scumbags. You need acknowledgment from the company that the order has been cancelled before Klarna can cancel . That's the scam.. they dont acknowledge cancellation.. and keep the first payment . They should be in prison for fraud

Never ever use this company either directly or via Wowcher. I made this mistake and I am £400 out of pocket for two mattresses that were misrepresented. I bought 2 memory foam mattresses, one from Dining Tables and I received two mattresses that were just springs, a bit of upholstery protection and some furniture wadding inside. Yes, I cut them open in frustration to show both Wowcher and Dining tables the product that they had sold me. 4 months down the line they are refusing to refund me unless I send back the mattresses in their original packaging!! I have sent countless videos and they still insist I have received a memory foam mattress
Fraudsters who just use the same reply every time. They have offered me a £35 refund! It is a joke. Save yourself the stress and time. Do not get conned into buying a cheap deal. It is never that simple.
Wowcher will also get this review plus the other company who sold via Wowcher. FURIOUS

We ordered a double bed from diningtables.co.uk (on Wowcher, wouldn't recommend them)

We had one issue, we got our delivery date and the day before it was due to be delivered, we didn't have any notifications. My partner phoned Diningtables to see what was happening and was greeted by a friendly lady. She explained the situation to the lady on the phone and she apologised and wasn't sure what caused the issue. So a new date was arranged for delivery. (Not ideal but sometimes things just go wrong)

So on the run up to the new delivery day we received
notifications of every stage. So 10 minutes before the bed was due to be delivered. The driver phoned us to let us know he would be there in 10minutes.

So once the driver arrived he was very professional and friendly. he unloaded the bed from the van and I gave him a hand to carry the parts up to the house.

So I could tell the bed was very well wrapped and protected. So I took the bed into the house and set it up and had no issues a tall, build quality was great, headboard was great and the mattress was very comfy. overall we where very happy with the bed and the price was just fantastic and we could not fault the service from Diningtables and we will be using them again (direct) and would have no problem recommending them to anyone else.

I’m not sure if the bad reviews are from competitors but this was a actually a good service the bed I have is top quality also brought from Wowcher

It took a week longer arrive but they followed through!

I ordered a small double divan base with a mattress via wowcher and honestly I’m not sure how or why so many people have had such bad experiences with them but personally I had no issues at all. I received a confirmation email with a delivery date a few days after I had ordered the bed and received a call to confirm the delivery the day before it came. I missed the call from them but had no issues in getting through to them when calling back. It arrived first thing in the morning on the day and the delivery driver was nice enough to help me bring it to my front door as I have a few flights of stairs to get there and no lift where I live. The only thing I will say is the colour of the bed advertised compared to what I got was slightly darker however in terms of quality I have no complaints especially for the price that I paid and service I received

Ordered a mattress with mattress topper the item I received looks nothing like the one online. Its rock hard. Quality is appalling.

Probably the worse to communicate to. I purchased a bed from Wowcher and after dinning tables emailed me to say that the voucher is not valid, they advised me to contact Wowcher then they took long to corespond and days later have emailed to say they have sent a new voucher to dinning tables . I had sent Wowcher a WhatsApp that I no longer need the bed and managed to order a bed from a different company. My bed arrives tomorrow. Dinningtables too were informed but ignored my emails now they have sent me an email mail saying my bed will arrive next week Friday . Am sick of this nonsense. Once again I’ve emailed them back saying pls cancel the order and delivery as I don’t need it . No reply from them .

Ordered a king size bed through Wowcher from them. They had sent me incorrect parts (2 bottom sections of the base) and now I’m unable to attach the headboard. The mattress was listed as medium to firm… no support in it at all complete rubbish. Don’t expect a quick response from them either I have emailed them 4 times in the past week and have had no response! Avoid like the plague

The worst service I've ever had the misfortune to experience.

After happily taking my money for two divan beds with mattresses they cancelled the order despite telling me less than 24 hours earlier they'd be able to fulfil it. They told me at 17.22 on a Friday via email and then said I'd have to wait for a refund.

If you ever come across them run.

Bought the bed of Wowcher. Was given a time scale of 9-3, they turned up forty mins late. They only supplied 4 wheels for the divan but it takes 8! Also only one screw! So couldn't put the head board on, also a rip in the material on one section of the divan. Messaged them to complain and they offered me 15 pounds compensation!!! The mattress is terrible quality! I know the price is 200 pound but come on! Avoid Avoid.

STAY AWAY ! I bought a king size orthopedic 3000 sprung mattress from these scammers through Wowcher /livingsocial as iv been havining alot of back pain .i had to pay £40 for delivery for me to watch one person drag it out the van and dump it at the bottom of the stair ( im two flights up !) This driver also faked my signiture on delivery . Once i had dragged it up the stairs i knew right away this was not the same mattress in the picture . When i called to complain i was told it said in the small print that they only deliver to communial doors and that the style /pattern may be slightly diffrent . This was clearly a diffrent mattress all together and was not orthapedic at all. I slept on it one night as it already had a massive dent in it ! I called them saying its not fit for purpose and was false advertising and wanted a full refund ! They wanted me to pay another £50 cash to the driver and then i would be refunded . I refused to and got them to send me everything by email including a wire transfer link . I agreed to pay £30 but had to sleep on the crappy mattress for over a week as they couldnt pick it up till then . Thankfully i got a full refund but only due to me emailing and calling every day . Also saying i had already been intouch with Trading standards . I have sent sevral emails to wowcher asking them why they are advertising and promoting this shoddy company . Wowcher are well aware but all i keep getting back is one line appologies . The compay has sevral names and are advertising as furnitureitalia . But also use . Diningtables.co.uk and beds.co.uk . Apparently this has been going on for years now but wowcher continue to use them. Avoid at all costs ! Lots of people are still waiting for there refunds

This place is disgusting, I bought this supposingly 3000 pocket sprung orthopedic mattress from Wowcher a total rip off, I waited over 4 weeks for it to come, no way is it orthopedic or 3000 pocket sprung, its so soft you cannot sit on it without rolling off of the edge, I have been trying to sleep on it for a year and my atheritus has got worse and my sciatic nerve is killing me getting up in the morning, Ive had enough of this mattress after a year of hell and going back to Silent Night again at least its a name you can trust, please dont get ripped off like me, Im a pensioner it was a lot of money out of my pocket, I cant stand this bed its far too uncomftable and far too soft you sink down to the bed base when you get into it, its disgraceful, it should never be allowed.

So far total pony , received email on 29th june saying bed will be delivered today 9th July , no show can't get hold of anyone to verify Whether it'll be here or not just an automated bog standard message saying they can't take a call right now phone back .. customer service shocking .. as much use as a chocolate fireguard.. stay away.

Bought a bed through wowcher had to wait two weeks. Sent cheaper different one and said in the description the material could be different, what a £91.00 difference I think not so I will be going to trading standards and reporting wowcher and these robbers too the ASA advertising standards authority.. Wowcher have already been warned about the way they trade and l told to change this, obviously they don't like change. We all need to report these companies together to get the assistance needed to kick them into reality of robbing good honest people of the money they earn. All I can say is Dick turpin had the decency to wear a mask. Only given a one star because as per usual that's the only option given to be able to review anybody and this should be changed to for total honesty.

Do not go near this company bought item through wowcher £36.99 delivery which i was,nt impressed with now i want to return item as changed my mind they want £49 to uplift what can you do can,t believe wowcher is working with chancers like this i am not happy but just want it returned and move on thats the item just been uplifted £49 no reciept no nothing got the i no nothing from driver about what happens next im now £275 down who knows if i,ll ever get a refund and how long it willl take please please avoid this company it,s been a nightmare been sent emails from 4 different companys you just don,t know who your dealing with

Please do NOT use them and look at the reviews and do NOT order. Ordered a single divan with mattress what a load of junk! Base is flimsy, poorly made and horrendous covers! Mattress is not the one we ordered just a very cheap sprung one the is only good for the dump. Wowcher should cut ties with this company will not be using wowcher or dining tables every again. Just put you money in a bucket and set fire to it instead of wasting any here.
