Never received a 100 cash prize redemption. Made redemption on March 19 2025. As of today I still haven't received it.

I cannot believe that Ding Ding Ding has asked me to rate them after treating me the way they did. But here goes...
I requested an legitimate redemption over 4 months ago for $1,500. And, not only did they not pay me, but on April 1st they stole the rest of my sweepstakes coins, disconnected their support phone number and announced that they would no longer be offering sweepstakes play.
The only reason they received one star from me is because that is the only way I could leave this review.

Beware! I am just one of many people scammed by Ding Ding Ding online casino. After months of playing I finally won $1000. My account was verified and everything and they congratulated me and told me my funds would be sent to my bank account soon. For 2 months customer service told me it was just taking a little longer because they were processing so many redemptions. Finally after all that time the send me an email saying they aren't doing sweepstakes coins anymore only free coins due to a change in the laws in my area (this is a lie) but, I would still get my $1000. That was also a lie and now the customer service phone has been disconnected and they don't reply to emails. Basically ghosted me and every other player who won any money over the last year. There are lots of great online casinos that are legit. This is not one of them. I hope they are charged with fraud or face some kind of legal consequence for all of our sakes.

It’s nothing but a scam. You can buy sweepstakes coins till you win and want to redeem your winnings. So say it’s not allowed in my area any more. Yet I have friends in the same area playing with sweepstakes coins. So sad how they ripping people off.

Your company stole money from all of your paying customers! You owe me a redemption that you were dragging your feet with up until you changed your little rules on sc play.

biggest joke of an online casino i have ever seen not too mention they are ripoffs i won 6,000.00 dollars and was told for 90 days that i was in the final verification process i never did recieve my winnings

It would never let me verify my account, I dont know how many in game messages I sent that there was a problem.
It's been 3 days and nothing loads.

They took my money no problem and when i won $2400. they said I didnt win it and refused to comp me, now SC is not a part of the Casino at all..............WOW! Super Scam!

They knew they were about to be banned in certain states but these pigs closed my account with my money in it. They are not a reliable casino site. Try chunba or luckyland way better games and service

I had a redemtion of 4200.00 I requested in January before their policy changed. I have sent my identification and bank information. Multiple emails inquiring about my redemtion and have not been contacted whatsoever.I have all my emails saved ,including the original request.Trying to understand why this company is not honoring what the said and giving me what is owed.
