Just another horrible gambling site. Basically, when it comes to gambling sites and you deposit money into them, and you don't win out or cash out.Especially on your first deposit it's not a good site.

This place turned out to be a sham they absolutely quit responding to any messages emails or anything and took a bunch of money they owed me out like $300 never received it they took sweep coins away. They're absolute garbage

They were aware that they were going to stop offering cash games. They were pushing deals on coins right up to the time they made the announcement, basically STEALING money from people knowing they weren't going to honor winnings. I had $600 winning that I waited over 3 weeks on, they just kept telling me to be patient....until they shut down stealing that money. I had Shazam investigate and I was reimbursed about $700 in purchases to them.
They are dirty dogs.

Great platform for the best fun

When I 1st played it was great. I won 900 & 200, received both redeems(although it took 3 to 4 weeks). Then I hit a big one (17,000). Yes 17,000. I was told I could only redeem a max of 9,999 at one time. My redemption was approved but never received it. Support told me that sweeps coins were no long available in my state(wrong), but that redemptions would still be payed out in order received. I never received a penny and my account with them has been blocked. They still owe me 17,000. This happen in Feb 2024.

I was a daily player for a couple months until NY players were abruptly and without notice denied access to our accounts. I had a decent amount of money I was unable to redeem or withdraw and since the account was immediately deactivated I was unable to get a response or any acknowledgement from Dingdingding's customer service. Tread carefully with this site.
