As a freelancer you really want to keep expenses low, but purchasing the Pro plan was the best choice I've made: apart from the cool, headache-saving tools you get for the daily operations, you get the best customer service you can experience.
These guys are awesome. They're greatly skilled, effective and crystal clear in the communication, but most of all...*super patient with accounting noobs like me*.
It took me a few months to learn what operations I need to do and how to use the tools, and the customer support is always being there to both hold my hand in the learning process and fix riddles that happen in the magical world of bookkeeping.
I strongly recommend it!

They have the best customer service! Anytime I get in touch with them, they just help me fix my issues and answer all my dumb questions. Just to put it into context, I've just started learning how to use Dinero. So they have lots of patience and prove to be very professional.

above expectations
We have used Dinero for about 1 year now. I am hopeless when it comes to manage my bookings and accounts, which drives my husband crazy as he has to fix it afterwards.
Thanks to Dinero we have had more help than expected and they have saved us not only time but a lot of money as well.
They are easy to reach and are always able to solve all our questions - which is a lot.

Never fails
I'm using Dinero for more than 2 years, and it keeps surprising me.
They improve it all the time with new features which make the software easier to use and more competent.
Apart from that, they have a very dedicated team, available on chat. No matter what I'm facing - these guys can solve it, patiently and professionally. I just finished a 2.5 hours session, where I was lucky to have Frederik B. by my side, guiding me and making sure I am doing it all in a correct manner.
I highly recommend becoming a pro user, and using their tax package.
