I ordered 30 day vignette
I ordered 30 day vignette, it charged me 17 EUR and then it issued a 10 day vignette. This is a pure stealing.
They even responded me irtelevant info; this is a fake company. I have the evidence in my credit card.

Terrible service
Terrible service.
I paid for my vignette on May 22nd as I needed it for 10 days June 1st - June 10th, so there was more than enough time to send it to me.
I reached out to support multiple times, but received a response only after I cancelled my order on May 31st (luckily I purchased the cancellation protection so was able to get my money back).
However, the vignettes for other countries that I got on this website were provided in a timely manner.

thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned yourself, you have purchased the cancellation protection. Your toll product will be set up for you on time so that you can start driving on the chosen validity date! It is usually set up 1 hour before the start of validity.
This means that registration takes place in the evening before the start of validity. The standard validity start of each pre-order is at 00:00. Registration therefore takes place between 11 p.m. and midnight. You will then also receive the order confirmation and the invoice.

digital vignette online.cz is a (ripoff) intermediary, that charges ~60%-70% more than directly purchased vignette at edalnice.cz.
When trying to revoke the contract, you get a long message stating why you may get only partial refund or why it is not possible at all, so: no benefit of cancellation even though the vignette I ordered was to start in around 10 days.
As this is against the law likely, it could be won in the court, but who would waste time for this? And this is how the service seems to live.
Simply stated, it is a misleading service provider.

I received an offer for a discount (Voucher) 2 EUR when purchasing a Digital Stamp for the Czech Republic with a Voucher valid until November 5, 2023.
But when entering the shopping application on 3/11/2023, it (repeatedly) declared that the code for applying the discount was not valid. That's why I consider it unfair advertising.
