A scam : I ordered a vignet for 10 days in December and paid online (Apple Pay) EUR 12,80. Since then they have automatically charged monthly EUR 12,80 from my bank account . YTD I already paid EUR 128,00. You can't cancel your vignette online although as per their website my vignette is no longer valid. They don't respond to emails and don;t have a telephone service either. I am still awaiting their resolution. Keep fingers crossed !!

Hello, this is not ok, you need to watch out for the scam they do not say very celary taht is is actually a monthly subscription, they are taking your card details. Also it is not easy to unsubscribe, you need to go back to the initial order and cancel from them. I really hope you refund the money, because this is truly not ok.

My card was charged but my plate number didnt get registered for first.
We needed to wait ~30mins which was unfortunate.

When ordering on their website, they showed one validity period, but the confirmation came with a different period—shorter by one day. I asked by email why this was, attaching a screenshot, and they replied that everything was correct at the time of the order. Then why did the period end up being one day shorter? They deleted the correspondence history and replied that yes, everything was correct—the period was one day shorter. I attached screenshots to them again. They deleted them again and responded that everything was correct—the period was one day shorter. They made a fool out of me and never answered regarding their deception.
