Very happy with the service and customer appreciation shown by this local family business, having purchased the rechargeable Triton T3-R scales was kept well informed by Mollie of delivery details.
Scales and weights arrived the next day very well packaged including a hand written "Thank You" message on the invoice from Sue, it may not sound like much but for a small company adding that personal touch goes a long way to show that they acknowledge and value your custom.

Not happy
After having 3 salter scales all had the same problem the battery compartment is faulty and not only that my daughter had one with the same problem
