Dreadful

Dreadful, do not purchase any products, overpriced, poor quality, purchased end of October by my mother, gifted to me 25.12.25, bulb failed in the lamp ( which you cannot change/sealed unit) in less than 30 days. They keep quoting 30 day return policy, I just wanted it replaced, they just won’t hear of it, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

SCAM site - do not order from here!

I would rate this sight zero if there was an option. We also ordered 2 dog lamps as gifts. 1 arrived broken and both were of such poor quality.
We wanted a full refund which then cost another £25 to return the items to CHINA as we would not accept 30% refund.
Over a month and still having to deal with their AI generated responses.
If someone has any help to offer to get our refund we would be grateful

An absolute sham of a company

An absolute sham of a company. Sent me a dog lamp and it was broken into pieces on arrival, wouldn't send me a refund, insisted on sending me another one. I then received that one and it had a clear line on the leg that showed there was a crack which had been glued. I emailed them asking for a refund for this & they said as it had been sent 'complimentary' there could be no refund. I actually bought two dog lamps initially (and a pair of earrings) and the quality of how they look is poor and cheap. Not how they looked online, they had looked good online. I had to fight tooth & nail to obtain a 30% order refund, so I've still lost £55 which I've got nothing for in exchange (£78 - £23 refund). The earrings broke on the 2nd wearing from my gf and they refused to refund as they'd been used. I found the way they spoke to me insulting & really they took the p*ss.

What an absolute sham of a company

What an absolute sham of a company
Not worth the money at all - fell for an advert of Diana’s closing down sale and purchased for £62 a chain and a glowing shi-tzu.
I’d doubt both items are worth £10.

First items was dead on arrival - sent removal offered 100% refund. Then next day I asked when it will be processed asked for a video of the issue and sent that back as well as the chip in the foot.
They sent me a replacement which did work was equally poor quality.
The 30 day money back guarantee is not honoured. I’ll go to Mastercard and seek a refund.

Do think three times before falling for this cheap fake rubbish.

I also fell for this

I also fell for this - after seeing their advert on Instagram I checked if they had a website, which they did, and very convincing it was too. However, the item they sent was an embarrassingly poor version of the item on their website.

I wish I could upload the photos to show you.

Have raised a dispute with my credit card company.

This is a very clear bait and switch…

This is a very clear bait and switch scam which obfuscates its true nature by the use of a legit e-selling platform and legit logistics providers. The website is a fake - there is no Diana, there are no jewels. The website is a copy of something called Julia’s Jewels. The customer services if you contact them seemingly operates out of the Netherlands but equally could be South Africa given the Dutch names and sign off greetings and the cheap plastic tat comes out of a Mainland China warehouse in the scam province of the world Guangzhou. Said cheap plastic tat is being sold for under £5 on eBay by many sellers - who also use the fake photos indicating a quality item but also show the true pic if you go into the listings - at least the eBay sellers are showing more honesty than this bunch of scammer. You can bet the items cost the scammers pennies each to buy. I’ve reported the website to the domain managers and also to the e-sellers platform they have abused. The e-seller is meant to have robust checks to keep the scammers off their platform but the checks obviously aren’t working. These scammers are defrauding the e-seller platform, the logistics provider and the end customer. Be warned - stay away and look for red flags in future.

This company is so misleading

This company is so misleading, anyone who orders anything from them is a fool, just like me.
The cheap tat that they sent bares no resemblance to what they advertise in their glossy photos of the product you think you're buying.
I have emailed them so many times and sent photos which I wish I could put on here, all to no avail. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs.
I ordered 2 beautiful cat lamps, delivery was supposed to be within 48 hours. About 4 weeks later I received what I can only describe as absolute c*ap. Hideous cheap rubbish shipped from China. In the unlikely event they were hand made it must have been by a double amputee. Or maybe a cat. I can’t say enough how awful they were. Additionally I ordered the mains versions and received USB. Not that I’ve plugged them in, they would probably set my house on fire. The website promised a money back guarantee, but this is not available - I was offered a 15% refund, then 30% then a gift card of 50% of the value. In the end I involved my bank and after supplying lots of evidence they did a charge back.
Please do not buy anything from these scammers.

I should have known better!

If I sold this on eBay using their photos and description I would get negative feedback. Return address overseas. Item plastic moulded rubbish dog. A lot of artistic licence and photoshopping involved. A very sophisticated scam. Should have checked here first. Would be sold at seaside warehouses for 4.99. Paid 45.00. I blame myself. People will be fooled. They win every time.

Do not purchase anything from these scammers. Bought what I thought was a handmade cat lamp, £40. What turned up wasn’t worth £1.50. Utter rubbish shipped in from china. Refused me a full refund. Unless I shipped it back to china. Stay clear of these scammers. Lesson learnt !!!

A scam

A scam based on advertising something appealing only to receive another product of very low quality, mass produced, not resembling what was advertised - as with all distance selling I have exercised my right of a charge back, if affected I would advise you to do the same - the goods are not 'handmade', not as advertised and certainly not 'art sculptures' - avoid, a total con
