Annoying, trying to communicate with them to get a refund. It's all generated text back.And it makes no sense because they say the same thing.And don't give you any idea as to when your refund will be refunded.I've been waiting for a sixty percent.Refund for over a month.I'm annoyed that I even bought what I bought.Because it was nothing like the picture.That's something you could find in a kid's dress up toys. This company is definitely fraud.Do not buy from this company.No matter how pretty the things look.

Do not buy from this company they will send you a ring that looks nothing like the one ordered then when contacted they will offer you 15 percent off and you can keep the ring and when I didn't accept that I was told basically that the ring I received was right and that they were doing me a favor by offering a discount and keeping the ring I don't like at all customer service is a joke

I couldn't find the advertised Exquisite Pearl necklace with white gold chain. what a disappointment! Please don't advertise items that you don't carry! It was a lousy experience!

For what you pay you cannot expect top notch and we had a few things last a summer but now send broken items and claim they are going out of business which is total BS. They use a shipping company now GOFO which is also BS. The money is not going to break anyone but total scam.

No stars. Total scam. Sent me jewelry that was supposed to be silver. Well it was plastic and was broken and they are delaying sending me my money back. Don’t fall for this scam

Product has not been received but has tracking from China. They operate under several American pie photos/names and frame themselves falsely. I have found that most vendors who are connected with “Shop” are not vetted and are fake, cheap quality and/or China based.

Total Scam—stay away!
I bought what they claimed was demi-fine jewelry for my partner, but what arrived was cheap, flimsy costume junk. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me my money back, repeatedly trying to push me into store credit. I insisted on a proper refund and they ignored me completely. This company misleads customers, sells low-quality fakes, and has zero respect for your money. Don’t waste your time or cash—they’re a scam waiting to happen.
