We chose Diamond Shutters firstly to support a local business, and secondly because the original company we used for our kitchen blind weren’t flexible with payment options. Diamond Shutters offered a monthly plan, which made things much easier for us.

From start to finish, they’ve exceeded all our expectations. The lead time was a little while, but this was communicated clearly upfront, so we knew exactly what to expect. The shutters themselves look fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

Really professional and helpful from enquiring through to fitting. Kept us in the loop and provided updates routinely whilst we waited for parts to be manufactured for our shutters. Final product looks great and was beyond what our expectations were. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent service at both ends of the process!

The long wait for installation was the only downside but this was quite clearly stated when we first made enquiries and having placed the order, it gave me plenty of time to remove some redundant secondary glazing framework and make good.

Fitters arrived on time , they were quick,efficient , clean and polite.

Had my shutters fitted yesterday, I’m so pleased with them! They done a fantastic job and they look amazing. I have two awkward bay windows with a ceiling beam in the way so 3 other shutter companies had told me it was not possible to have shutters! I’m so glad I found diamond Shutters it was no problem for them. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional, I would highly recommend.

Very professional small company. I bought my shutters over 8 years ago and they still look great and recently I had them come back to sort one shutter out that had dropped slightly. Diamond Shutters were quick to respond, leaving a very happy customer. Can’t recommend them enough, no call centre or chat box nonsense - good old fashioned service!!

Diamond shutters overall service was first class from Jane talking us through all our options and explaining the time scale showing us different samples and colours etc then to the survey once again explained thoroughly and the fitters who were clean and tidy and did a brilliant job

Diamond Shutters was professional from the start to finish. We had shutters on our French doors and they look beautiful. I'm so pleased with them. From salesman, the office staff was helpful and kept us informed as it went along. The fitters were clean and tidy and very professional.

Really pleased with our new shutters. The initial survey carried out was quick and efficient and the surveyor explained the options available and approx costs. We then went into the showroom and had a good look at all available options, it was nice to be able to do this. All staff were friendly and approachable. We then had the fitters in to fit the shutters (it was for 2 windows) and they were done really quickly, they were neat and tidy and no mess. Happy with the fitters and overall experience with Diamond Shutters. I will be using them again once we are ready to fit the shutters for the remaining windows of our house.

I am really pleased with my shutters. They look lovely. They were fitted in just over three hours (5 rooms). The fitters were friendly and tidied up afterwards.

Lovely family business keep you informed very professional cleaned up as they went along. I had a couple of Louvre’s with scratches on them when I phoned up the lady was so apologetic and it was sorted out asap really can’t fault them will definitely be using them again

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Fantastic small business, they are so friendly and professional , nothing is too much trouble. We even broke a plastic trim on the upvc window after ordering and they were so reassuring and said don’t worry we will sort it when we come to fix the shutter - and they did. We’ve used them before for the front of our house and this time they were just as exceptional as last time. The finished article looks fabulous, they are really meticulous with fitting so that it looks perfect. As you can prob gather - I would wholeheartedly recommend - and have done to others.
