Quality and Service
We bought our engagement ring at the Diamond factory 2 years ago and I am still very happy with it. The quality is amazing, so good that we came back and purchased our wedding bands from them this month. Again, very happy with the quality and service.
You get a free 1:1 consultation with either Luci or Brianna, and they will teach you everything you need to know about diamonds and metals. They will also advice you on the best options for your lifestyle.
We are very happy with our purchases and would recommend the diamond factory to anyone.

Brianna was lovely and so informative and patient. I absolutely love the ring. I had to return an online order and that was a bit trickier - no-one answering phone/email repeatedly, I also wasn't 100% sure on how to return based on the info on the website. This was frustrating considering the return window, I was trying to contact them for 2+ weeks with no response. I will say when I mentioned it to the ladies in the shop they were so helpful. My return was received and refunded promptly which was a relief. Would definitely buy from the shop in Galway again. Thank you

From start to finish I cannot fault this place. I originally bought an engagement ring with Lucie and she couldn't have been more helpful.
It was a no brainer for me and my partner to go back for the wedding bands and we were guided through it all with Brianna and we were both made to feel comfortable throughout.
