Such an incredible experience!
Myself and my fiancé had the pleasure of working with Jana for both our wedding rings. Initially, we had never heard of the Diamond factory so we were both very curios. From the moment we stepped in the door the experience was incredible. She walked us through the whole process, showing us multiple styles she believed would suit us. We had only booked in for my fiancés ring, but as soon as I saw what they had to offer I got mine ordered on the same day too :) the rings & service from Jana was that good!! 10/10 for everything - THANK you so much Jana for all the help & making the whole experience so memorable!

I had such a wonderful experience here…
I had such a wonderful experience here picking out wedding bands with my fiance. There was no pressure and I actually loved that it wasn’t a typical store, it felt more relaxed and like we could truly try different options with no pressure. Everybody I dealt with was so nice and happy. I especially appreciated Jana when I picked up my wedding band, she was so positive and excited for me. I’ll definitely be back for some more sparkles :)

I highly recommend the Diamonds Factory Cork. While searching for the perfect engagement ring I booked an appointment to pop in to the showroom where we were greeted by Jana. She was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at ease. I felt like she took the time to understood my style and what kind of rings I would like which made the process so easy for me. She thoroughly explained everything about the diamonds, from styles, shapes and much more. I didn’t feel pressured to pick something and really felt my whole experience was really personalised to me. Thanks to Jana, I have the most beautiful engagement ring, better than I could have ever imagined. My ring was delivered within the expected time, which I was delighted with as I thought the lead up to Christmas might cause delays. All around I cannot recommend Jana at the Diamonds Factory enough, she is amazing!
