Quality jewelry for a reasonable price
Communication was great throughout the entire process. He made sure I was aligned with the ring and options before creating it and also sent a picture once it was created to confirm before shipping. Shipping was smooth and was received within a few days of notification. The entire process from order to receipt was about 3 weeks. The ring is very sparkly and constructed well. Will purchase from here again!

Reliable and Smooth Purchase and Delivery
The ring and the certificate (shipped separately) came in a timely manner. I was able to see pictures of actual ring before it was shipped which was reassuring. The ring is beautiful. The whole process was reliable and went smoothly

Spent over a $1000 and im supposed to…
Spent over a $1000 and im supposed to get a free complimentary gift but i didn't get any.
So they contacted me again after writing my review, telling me they would send my gift once i change the rating to 5 stars instead of the 3 star i placed. I honestly told them that they should keep their word and send first before i change my review.
Update: They sent me the complimentary gift last march 11, i received them march 19, so they kept their word. So if you decide to order from this shop, communication is key as always. Kudos!

The ring is beautiful but the gold does not look gold, more like a rose gold so that is very disappointing. Otherwise it’s very pretty.

I am happy with the communication
I am happy with the communication, happy with the product. But the shipping timeline could have been a little bit more precise. I understand there are glitches from time to time but the shipping date on the site said a certain date so I chose expedited shipping for an additional $50. The product ended up arriving on the date that was showed as the regular shipping date. I just feel the shipping should be a little bit clearer to customers.
