Horrendous service

Horrendous service. Placed an order September 01, 2025 and I still have not received my daughter’s phone case. I emailed them 3 times and once through the Shop app, with no response. No updates, no information, no response and no product. I am going to call my bank to to force them to refund me. Just terrible…I would give them 0 stars if I could.

No response from customer service

My daughter loves the case but it did not arrive during expected window of time. I did not receive any type of shipping notification. I got no response from customer service and I reached out twice by email and once on Instagram. But the case did show up after 3 weeks.

Bad Experience...Be careful!

Terrible customer service. No communication. No response to queries. They said the product was shipping, but then it sat forever and never shipped. It finally shipped after several emailed complaints, but by then, it was too late, and I refused delivery. Be very, very careful doing business with this company.

I ordered a navy blue phone case and it came in purple. Completely different from what I ordered. I have emailed multiple times trying to return/ send back and have heard nothing. It also took four weeks to come in the mail.
