DHL Express Deutschland Reviews 

I have ~6 parcels from Amazon Japan delivered to the Netherlands through this service. They cannot just leave the package to the neighbours, neither in front of the door, as for every small thing they require my SIGNATURE for some reason. Although all the packages are sent the same way, for every package there is a separate person contacting me and telling different things (delivery options, conditions etc.). In total I'm waiting for two weeks already instead of several days to get my order. Ah, yes, and they are also expensive as hell. I'd prefer my package to be delivered longer, cheaper and better with a regular postal service. And they say: "thank you for choosing us". If only I could choose, that'd never be "DHL express"!

They deserve no stars, avoid at all costs, they employ thieves who steal your parcels, use someone else,
anyone else.

Unbelievable…!!! But it took me 7 emails and 4 days to clear a DHL package from South Africa to US. DHL messed-up absolutely EVERYTHING: the recipient’s name and address, the payor’s identity, and required for this “service” a much higher fee than any competition. To top it all they also had the gall to ask for recipient’s strictly personal data, info totally unnecessary in order to fulfill their forwarder duty. The interaction with DHL was a most frustrating and unnerving experience with an incompetent, slow German bureaucracy, expensive to boot! Do yourself a favour - STAY AWAY!

Babylon City Etterbeek DHL pick up point is not open.. I cannot pick up my package!

I got ran around from 14 days and ended up having to drive to there service station to pick up my package. Do not recommend

I am writing this on the English page as our UK passport office has chosen to use DHL as its means of delivery to those of us who live in France..clearly they have not bothered to check that the companies they are subbing their deliveries too are fit for purpose..for those of us who live near Cahors the company UPS31 are just not any good at all. In fact they barely exist and are shockingly in efficient..two trips to collect and long waits in 40 degrees heat .. no staff manning the collections and even driving around searching for a van, found a man eventually driving back to depot..no possibility of contacting on a phone, the website is terrible...the passports are important documents, we paid the passport office uk a good amount of money which they then paid to DHL to deliver these passports...I would suggest the main company is NOT doing its job at all....I added this as an edit because I keep being diverted to a French Trust pilot site but the problem is DHL uk..This company who were meant to deliver my new passport just didn't bother on Monday, we got a message saying we were not in ..although wexwaited on our outside terrace for them.Tuesday we went to try to get it..2 hours of trailing round using the map they supplied you cannot call them the address is wrong, website address and map is completely wrong and we asked postlady, post office even at the fire station eventually we found the scruffy building not DHL its UTS 31..no big sign up just a scuffy piece of paper on door, no security everything just open..now waiting outside again its meant to be open at 2 no one there even though web site says open!!!!..there is no office a small metal table and one chair in a corner with a cardboard DHL on it ....it's not manned and you cannot call them we have tried and tried..I am appalled noone should use this company they are a disgrace..it has cost me so much money in fuel to go there twice, staff who drive Van's dont know what's happening at all..sorry for the rant but am appalled by lack of checking that this UOS31 can do a job, give it too PHM or jardel, they are efficient, but probably DHL dont want to pay their charges so have gone out to a tiny scruffy business.

Shipping a package from Florida to Jamaica with DHL express the package arrived on island from July 19th still have not received the package on August 2nd. Most horrible customer service and lack of communication i have ever experienced.
There is simply no follow-up and only attitude when you ask a question. I wonder what management is in charge of this mess. Customer service extremely unhelpful especially in the chat only saving grace is the custom agent.
They asked for contact detail but does not use it to correspond with customers. Horrible company if they had a zero star I would rate them that way.

Bad service my friend shipped some dresses for me to wear at the wedding 20 days ago never got them try calling no one to talk to the wedding is over and still waiting for delivery.

Slow, throwing stuff over the fence (literally) or just leaving in front of the door to be stolen... Wonderfull

Shocking company , useless ! Zero customer service , wait in for days being told parcel is on can for it not turn up ! Customer service say they will call back & don’t ! Couldn’t organise a beer up in a brewery

Gave my mailing address which I live in one town my mailing address is another town due to have mail box outside our home they couldn't find my address I guarantee they were in wrong town GPS would of brought them to my house pretty sure they didn't use it my package was delayed 3 more days when filling out special directions why bother they put package where they please which was no where near my door and on a bench in front my house on a very busy street I will never use them again I didn't have a choice very displeased with service

Booked an express delivery option, and no update on my delivery up until now, and shipment status is also not being updated. I paid a lot for the service (Express delivery) and was not sure express delivery meant = delivering the package in 3 weeks.
Customer service seems like a joke as it never touched German people. Rude behavior and will hang up on you if you ask questions.

Worst shipment delivery ever! I have a very urgent package contained one document, i wanted to be shipped as fast as possible. Ans they told me if you pay extra it will be recieved in one working day. As I am writing right now its been two days my package is not received. I contacted them and i said it was crucial for me thats why i paid 130$ and they said we cant do anything about it sorry. And I asked for refund and they told me you can go write a complain, i wrote complaint no one even answered. Please do not ship from DHL express!!!!

Shipment delivery has been rescheduled numerous times and the customer service is not helpful at all. Package still not delivered after a week.

I ordered some items from SHEIN and DHL is the delivery service that they use. I spent about the items are worth about $400 and I never got the package. They said it was delivered and took a picture but the picture was of a place I do not live at and I have no idea where to find the package. Reading the comment below mine makes me feel like it was stolen by the driver. Looking at the tracking they said they delivered it at a nearby airport but they said it was delivered to my house. I called the airport and of course they don’t have it. Speaking with DHL they said it was delivered to my home address and looking at the confirmation of delivery picture it is certainly not my house. DHL really needs to go out of business. They have a bunch of thieves working for them. I am really upset and completely pissed off

I am not a customer, but a neighbor. Just watched a a DHL delivery man drop off a package, take a pic of package at door. Then he took the package. Kinda shady. If it was wrong address, why pic taken? Will my neighbor's think package was stolen? This happened to me before...i assume your drivers are background checked and honest? One bad apple...

Pathetic. DHL Express is just pathetic. They make no effort to get parcel delivered at a rapid pace but charge much more money. Normal DHL is much faster than express. This is second time we are experiencing their pathetic service. It is just test of someone's patience

DHL are a fraudulent company that lie about delivering parcels. Their international express is good, but when it comes to your country good luck trying to get your parcel delivered.

Yesterday they failed to leave the parcel while I was at home and said I wasn't home. They did not leave a card, when they said they did. So either the driver just drove past my house and kept going or failed to show up at all. I'm thinking 2nd option because there was no collector card. I called them up and rescheduled a delivery for today, that I am still waiting for. It's arriving by "End of Day" supposedly. Picked up at 6am, so far it's 2pm and still a no show so they really mean by 'End of Day' if at all.

Is there an option for minus Stars? Because their service and work deserves a minus 5 at least!!!
Important Dokument pouch send with them - got lost, contacted customer service - no feedback, no work on it done.
Re-sent, same thing happened.
Not solved, I have huge problems as this was/is urgent dokument mail and no help from DHL.

My advise - stay as far as you can away from them... actually run and go to the competition.

Shocking experience. They just don’t give a S@*t. Extremely unprofessional, take 30 days to ship a 2,3kg parcel from one customs agent to another customs agent. I still don’t even have the goods, but they have taken a month (this is not completing the delivery, it is just shipping between customs), delivery was supposed to be no more than 3 weeks.
Pathetic orginisation,, no management, no control, no professionalism, no follow up, just plain USELESS!!!!
