They are reliable. They communicate well especially Yuki. Have shipped more times with them to the uk and will still do.

I am very satisfied with the delivery and communication. Everything was exactly as we agreed.

Worst experience ever. They promised delivery within 15 days, but it has now been over a month and I still haven’t received my goods. The staff are extremely incompetent and communication is terrible. I would strongly advise against dealing with them directly. If you do decide to order, make sure you pay through Alibaba or another protected payment method to safeguard yourself.
