Immediately afterwards, I requested a withdrawal. They immediately marked all my bets as "refund" and canceled my withdrawal. When I contacted them to find out what happened, they said they would freeze my balance across multiple accounts. Even after I explained that it might have been their mistake, they simply said it was a final decision and that they wouldn't refund my deposit. Can you believe that? What kind of company is this? They even said they had proof that they would hand over to the authorities, but what's the point of that? Which authority can I contact to accuse them? I joined to test it and ended up very disappointed. My experience is that this is a betting site that was created to steal from me.

EDIT: From what I've seen, this is a recurring issue on this platform; several people complain about the same thing, and they never resolve anything. They probably don't even care about their players' opinions. Anyway, this was just another account of what happened, and I'm very disappointed with this betting site.

The website pays on time ,have impressive interface but since they have added clouflare the website is not working , it's a sudden crash in the website , people have fund strucked in their dexsport accounts and all this happened without any prior notice by the website , is it the end of dexsport.io ?

I placed a few bets on basketball. Most of the bets won. I decided to withdraw the money, but they cancelled the withdrawal and recalculated my bets. Then I couldn't withdraw the money again because they thought my account was linked to someone else.

Never deposit your money there guys ! I deposit 150$ Make 2 bets and they freeze my account for 2 weeks. After that i got my 150$ back without the winings of 2 bets. I said okay no problem i will withdraw my money and everything will be okay. After that i have to leverage 100$ which i did and i made a withdraw of 100$. On the next day my transaction was canceled i ask the support why and they tell me that i have multi accounts. Limit my account after crediting my $50 freebet. I can’t wager at all my limit is $0. Support act as if it is the market I am wagering on but it is not college football has a wager limit above $50. My freebet will expire before I get to use it support is no help in raising my limits.
