Then when you question them they ban you from the live chat and your left with no support. HUGE SCAM DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING ON THIS SITE
I deposited a certain amount of money on their site to be able to test it. After this I wanted to withdraw it to see if their withdraw system was as functional and instantaneous as they claim.
What happened? Impossible to withdraw my money, amazing!
I was told that I had to bet my entire deposit on odds of 1.3 or more. So cool!
So I deposited all my money on odds of 1.34, lucky me I won. I now ask for a withdrawal but surprisingly, another mistake! I still can't withdraw my money.
I ask the support team for help and they make me wait dozens of hours (because yes, at first sight it does take dozens of hours to find the problem). Then they tell me I've created several accounts to get their bonus. Knowing that I've created absolutely no other account (what's more, the site is supposed to be decentralised, which isn't the case at first sight) and that I've never received a single bonus on the only account I use.
Result? They cancel your bets, tell you never to come back to their site and give you back your initial stake. I was therefore robbed of my winnings (even though I was asked to do so in order to withdraw my money in the first place) and I waited for hours before finally being able to withdraw my initial stake.
In short, never deposit $1 on this site, when you lose your money will disappear instantly but when you win you will never see your money, they will invent a reason that doesn't exist with information they shouldn't have given that the site sells itself as decentralised.
What's more, the support is shit and makes you wait for nothing, they are useless and just want you to get tired and give up your money on their site.
