Dewalt Battery Promotion
I bought 5 Dewalt Battery powered handtool back in April this year. There was a running promotion that if you buy Dewalt Battery powered handtool you will get 5Ah battery as gift per device you bought.
But there was a catch, after your registration it will take no later than 8 weeks to receive battery. I accept to wait max 8 week for battery but it already passed 12 week and I haven't received any batteries yet.
Worst thing about this promotion is,
Customer Service's attitude shift toward to negativity in this period. I speak them in my 6th week and they assured me it will be delivered no later then 8 week.
But after 8 week, whenever I call them they always told me "We can see your promotion battery its packed and ready to ship, it will be at your address in 2 days" But those batteries never shipped.
And yet we are now 12th week point. Today Customer Service told me "Don't be fuss about promotion too much and you could buy Dewalt battery and of any dewalt dealer easily"
I believe that they used this promotion to hype the sales and they are not intend to send any promotion batteries at all.
