They truly remove the odor.
The smell was so bad I couldn’t stand myself, using so much air fresher. Which seemed to only add a fresh scent. These have helped so much.

Still no USPS option for international customers
My only complaint for many years is that you do not offer USPS parcel post deliveries for out of country customers. Not only are the shipping costs much greater with mandatory shipping offered, but the international customers also have to pay significantly higher Customs Brokerage fees versus USPS.

I made the order three weeks ago, and fully paid. But the status of order is awaiting shipment! I enquiry twice and nobody answered. My husband is waiting for the medicine to relief symptom. But I don't know when we can get them.
