We ordered a 140 count bottle of Tum smoothies for $15 under my husbands account and received a 12 count bottle of Tums smoothies. I called and was told they made a substitution since what we ordered was not available and there was nothing they could do. This is an unacceptable substitute. We ordered 140 tablets and got 12. Seriously! How could they find this exceptable. Very disappointed!

Plus response time
Quick turnaround is the most needed. Since I am on Medicare, they want me to have as few as possible appliances before ordering. This makes it very stressful when I have an ileostomy. The politeness your staff give is an added plus.

I ordered from here and from another site at the same time, a Friday. I received my shipment from the other company on Monday, two full days before this company shipped my order at all, Wednesday. Still waiting to see how long until I receive the shipment. No tracking info was given. Good prices for some items, just make sure you order 1.5 to 2 weeks (guessing) in advance.
Update: (tl;dr) I finally received the tracking info Thursday (day 6, the next day after I received the "shipped" notification) and received the order Friday (day 7). Although it was nerve-racking, Stars have been updated to 5 for accuracy and meeting the promised shipping constraints. Will use again.
To clarify, I never said it was outside of the 5-7 day window, nor were there any expectations of next-day, I only compared it to another company that also said 5-7 days, from which I received tracking info the same day and the order 4 days earlier (day 3), which is very common in my experience when being quoted 5-7 days. Also, I didn't get the tracking info until day 6 for this order, which is after I was asked to leave a review and well within the "I've heard nothing from them, am I going to get my shipment in time?" range. Not sure if that's FedEx's or this company's "fault", but just a fact of my experience. At the time they requested a review, that was my current experience. It's not a knock on the company, just something to be aware of, and an example of why not to ask for reviews until the transaction is completed fully. I will use them again, and I've also recommended them to other people I know, and told them to make sure they allow a 1.5 week lead time, and what to expect about the lack (or lateness) of shipping status communication based on my only experience with them. If it's different in the future, I'll update it again if possible.

They sent me a a 2 piece pouch, but only sent the pouch not the attachment, so it is worthless unless I use duck tape to attach it!

Neglecting to determine the number of items still on-hand, you followed up with a call to learn that amount. Not getting it the first time is simple growing pains; the thoroughness made a difference.
The replacement supplies could have been sent at a lower cost. I was not asked how soon I needed them.
