I ordered a collar for our puppy with her name and our phone number. The phone number was incorrect. I tried to get them to correct it and they would not, stating it's the number I provided. I checked the order and it had the correct number, they transferred it incorrectly. They won't make it right.

Today I got my order from your website but I’m not happy with it because it didn’t came as it was as expected in picture you had in your website

Got the link from Facebook and bought the camera phone zoom early august.. still haven't received it.. tried to contact them but they just sent me nonesense and I replied but still haven't received a reply back after a week. Not sure what to do now.. call the Chinese government..

terrible company and terrible products. A total scam. Used bait and switch selling techniques

Terrible people to deal with. Waited over 2 months for 20' sun sails that said 7 days delivery. They were destroyed with a light wind. Promised 35% refund and give 10% . Cost to return would have been over $200

Thea advertise through Facebook promising top products and you get awful quality. Forget Devinshop. Facebook should be more careful when accepting customers.

This is clearly a scam company. Big brands like Facebook and Instagram are promoting their products. Why...? Shouldn't they be held accountable...? The retailer advertised a great looking telescope, then sent a s**t plastic one instead, that's nothing like the original. Outrageous.

What a shame.....today is 8-15-20, ordered 6-2-20, the golf corn-hole game. Have not received it, found hand-written receipt (no document available on-line), and looked up devinshop.com....only to find 3 previous folks who were figuratively lifting the middle finger to this illegal operation. I have my transaction #, wonder if face-book police could help....In any event, those who are breaking the legal Give (money) and Receipt (item or service) agreement, and don't follow through....your penalties will come.

Awful!! False advertisement!! They send you the wrong item then want you to pay the shipping to send it back to China at your expense to give you a certain percent back!! Don’t buy from them!!

If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star. RIP OFF. Bought an $80.00 golf game for my husband and they shipped me a month later a cheap piece of material garbage. I sent them an email and they said I would.need to send the other one back at my expense about $20.00 and then they would refund me 15% of my money. What the heck. Can you say SCAM. I thought this company was in London and then I found out this garbage was being shipped from China. Should have known better.

This company is a complete ripoff and scam. It was advertised on Facebook,l should have known better just because of that. I ordered a golf game that looked really good but what they shipped was a cheap not even a good imitation. A hard way to learn. I have requested a full refund but no response whatsoever. I have found no reviews on this so-called company. Sam
