When I was in Detroit I visited the store front to check out the bikes in person. The sales consultant, Nai, was very helpful and showed me different models. When I arrived back home to Tampa Bay, I ordered the beautiful blue robin B-style model (size medium) and was thrilled when it arrived one week later. The bike was mostly assembled but needed the handle bars, seat, and chain put on. The tools were included as well as a bike pump. The bike is really very sturdy and well-made. I love the leather-like handle bar grips and the seat is comfortable. It's the nicest, most solid bike I've ever owned in my 50+ years! Also, I love the idea it is hand assembled and constructed in Detroit. Love it!

We love our Detroit Bikes and gear. Being a native son of Detroit brings great joy to see a successful business around my favorite activity - cycling! We talk up Detroit Bikes here in California all the time.

I absolutely love my Detroit Bike for it's riding ease and fantastic looks. I proudly support and share the Made in America story. My A-Type is perfect for my urban commute. Additionally, I had a Customer Service issue that was promptly and completely resolved. There are always going to be issues, it's how a company resolves them that allows them to shine or fail. Detroit Bikes is a shining star!

I love my Detroit Bike! We received exceptional customer service during the buying experience. I receive compliments on how beautiful my bike (Miss "D") is wherever we go. I feel comfortable and confident each time I ride.

I have purchased two bikes to date. Gave on to a school auction. Gave the 2nd one to the same school auction but a different because the first did so well in the first auction. Ended up buying the 2nd bike for my wife because she liked it so mich. I have always received excellent service at Detroit Bikes. I will continue to purchase bicycles there. I highly recommend them for all your bike needs.

Bought my wife a bike for Christmas and the staff allowed us to store it until warm weather. When she went to pick it up they explained all the intricacies of the bike and made sure she knew how to operate it before she peddled off. She like it.

Excellent bike, solid, great parts, fast shipping, and easy assembly. All and all a great experience.

My new Sparrow is very, very nice. It came to me in perfect condition and is beautifully detailed and expertly fitted and finished. Tremendous bike for the price. I should have purchased another one!

Honestly really love Sparrow and would purchase it again! My only complaint is that the chain rubs against the chain guard on the sprocket. I've tried several things to adjust it.... I just need to find the time to take it back to them to see if it's a fixable issue. Other than that I absolutely love the bike it's light and fun to ride and fairly inexpensive. I also own a Detroit bikes A- Type but I purchased years ago, it's been an outstanding bike.

Not only am I extremely happy with my Detroit Bike, but the staff that works there have always been kind and resourceful when any issue has arrived. Amanda on the team is a delight to chat with via email and Brandon reached out to me directly when there was going to be a delay in my helmet order. He provided me with other options and choices in case I wanted to get one sooner. I appreciate everything they have done for me and the Sparrow is an excellent bike for my urban area of Cleveland.
