James provided some of the most valuable CPD that I have ever experienced in a full day session. The CPD was incredibly practical, impactful and provided so many action points that I could immediately action within my department. James is phenomenal trainer and his breadth of knowledge in the field is second to none, you know the measure of a top CPD when you learn, time flies and you enjoyed doing it, top tier!
