Visited the Leicester store and dealt…

Visited the Leicester store and dealt with Saak. Brilliant service to say the least, really pleasant, no rush or pressure sales and really good product knowledge. There are plenty of furniture stores to choose from but for service this was the best we had today

Prices advertised not clear

Although advised that Sofas are built for commercial use and higher rating than other Sofa companies the prices advertised on the floor are not the final price. I really think this company needs to be more up front on how they charge for furniture.

Milano Sofa Suites - Shak and Darren were brilliant. Excellent customer service from the Leicester Fosse Park Store

Spoke to Darren originally and he arranged for Shak to do a home consultation. Darren was on holiday during the consultation but had made arrangements to try and get the order in before Christmas. Shak went through different permutations and came up with an ideal solution for the household. Negotiations were done very respectfully and we came away with a good deal. Both Darren and Shak were consummate gentlemen at all times. Recommend them both personally at the Designer Sofas store in Fosse Park, Leicester
