Great Experience
Although I had to return the absolutely beautiful frames I purchased due to the fit on my face, this company was amazing to work with. I received my purchase really quickly, the return process was seem less, and my refund was very fast. The times that I emailed customer service with questions, my emails were replied to in minutes. Great customer service!

I ordered a pair of Dita Mach 1 and Dita Mach 6 for $1750.00 ( which is the exact price on the original dita website) i never received an update on where my glasses were after 2 weeks. I then called and when the lady answered she was just like basically hello.... instead of answering like a professional company. She then said their were an investigation on my order because of shipping. Apx 1 hour later everything updated on the USPS site and the shop app. It stated delivered. When i tried calling the company back they never answered.. I called about 20 times! Sooo the next day the package was delivered. Only 1 item was on the box... Dita Mach 1 and on the packaging label they put the price as $400.00 when these are $750.00 glasses. I open the box and the Mach 6 was missing ($1000.00 glasses) and yes after reviewing the glasses they were fake! On the card inside the box it had daddyshades.com on it. So I paid 1750.00 for one pair of fake glasses. When i called back no answer! I placed a claim with my bank and they are investigating. Do NOT use. If i could upload all the photos I would!

TERRIBLE customer SERVICE
Ordered a pair of Cartier frames since they were one of the only stores with the size/style I preferred. Initially I have never heard of Designer Eyes but I did some research that showed they were an authorized dealer. I was highly anticipating the product to be delivered. I live in a apartment building with a lot of frequent package theft so I typically refrain from ordering online but again this was one of the few stores that had the product I needed. Also I was aware my order would be shipped with signature required upon delivery. Well my package was NEVER delivered and UPS delivery never came to my door and I never received my package. After following up with the company I expressed my concerns. UPS even forged my signature and claimed they verified my ID. After their first response claiming they would investigate they never followed up with me. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Never ordering from them again.

We told you to proceed and file a claim with your bank since we were waiting on a response from UPS and the package appeared signed and delivered. UPS is such a respectable carrier and we can not accuse them of forging a signature. We understand your concern and we were and are doing the best to help you; unfortunately, we are not allowed to issue refunds without first doing a claim and investigate the case properly (since the package was not lost, but signed and delivered to the correct address).

Great shades. All authenticity paperwork included. Only issue was, it took a month to get them.
