Tried to keep my money

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered some sunglasses. I never received them. When I clicked on the link to track my order it said the order had been cancelled, but I never received my refund. I had to make a claim through PayPal because they never refunded my money. They basically tried to keep my money when without fulfilling the order. Avoid Designer Eyes.

I will never ever use your service…

I will never ever use your service again and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone I know won't either. The way you handled my order and my numerous inquiries is complete BS.

If I could give these guys half a star…

If I could give these guys half a star I would! I tried to order some Cartier’s frames two times. The first time they took my money for two weeks before they found out the pair I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore. The second time I placed an order, they did come but the Cartier’s where damaged. There customer service has got the be the worst I’ve ever dealt with also! I definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys.

Extremely disappointed in the service I…

Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I placed an order understanding my order wouldn’t be shipped out after 10 business days. I unfortunately waited 20 business days before attempting to contact the company via the contact us option online. Where I was met with an unfamiliar message saying the website would be back soon. I googled some of the store front stores where I called a location to see how I could potentially get an update on an online order. A gentleman helped by giving me a phone for customer service. I promptly called the number only to be met with a message that I should leave my information including order number / name / phone number. I left the requested information and I yet to receive a call back. Currently I no product never received tracking information and have no idea when my order is going to be received. I had high hopes at the beginning of this process now I’m just glad I didn’t order something more expensive as I’m not sure I could be as calm about this had I done so.

SENT ME THE SAME EXACT PAIR OF GLASSES I RETURNED! Disrespectful!

today I received an order and I shouldn't have received it the way it I did. To give you a little bit of an idea of what happened, I ordered a pair of glasses a couple of days ago but one of the temple was open to the left making the glasses fall out of my head, so I started an RMA on the website and I even spoke with an agent but today I received another pair of the same exact glasses since I really like the model. But it turns out that the glasses I received today are the same exact glasses that I sent to you guys because when I sent my glasses they didn't have the protecting white film over the lens, also where the microfiber cloth comes it is opened exactly how I sent it. But what made me sure that they were the same exact pair of glasses as when I open them and I see that they have the same issue as the glasses I sent and that it was packaged exactly how I sent it. It is so disrespectful to receive an item that I already sent back specially in return. The level of customer service provided it's ridiculous I am DEFINETLY NOT OK with having a pair of glasses that are damaged and we are previously returned by a customer which was me. This is a mistake that should have never been done and I don't think I will be shopping with you guys any time soon! PLEASE CORRECT THE ISSUE AND HELP ME OUT!

Sunglasses were in stock when I…

Sunglasses were in stock when I ordered them. When I asked 16 days later about order progress I got a notification that they are temporarily out of stock. As the sunglasses were from a limited, numbered run that were out of stock anywhere else I knew that to be untrue. 5 days later, my order got cancelled from DE without any notice. Looking at the other reviews that kind of behavior/"customer service" seems to be the norm with DE. Never again

Customer Service is Paramount

I ordered some hard-to-get (old stock) frames from the store in Century City, Los Angeles but was told a week later that the order had to be cancelled because the frames were discovered to be damaged. My refund was made immediately and I received a telephone call with the details of the cancellation. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that was rendered in finding the frames, placing the order and in the subsequent follow-up. Though I'm disappointed not to have the frames, I'll do business with this store again because of their attention and professionalism! Special thanks to Eric at that shop.

Order cancelled after one month

DE unfortunately doesn’t seem to be in a position to operate in the current times. They unilaterally cancelled my order after one month and sent me an automated email informing me a refund had been issued without any explanation nor excuses.

After looking at your order history we see that your Frame was fully refunded the same day it was received. as per your prescription, one of our sales Rep explained to you they are non-refundable before you placed the order and you agreed to continue with your order. Even though lenses are non-refundable, as a courtesy we refunded the amount paid for your prescription. The refund took longer than expected because we had to override our system. It was never our intention to make you feel you wanted to receive an extra refund from us, but we made an exception for you and that took longer to process.
