What can I say, they seem to be genuine and care about their customers which is rare with most companies.it matters as things go wrong all the time so knowing they care is a bonus.

I purchased a cot that never turned up, was then informed that it was just a subscription that I had purchased. Spoke to customer service chat who just lied every way they could. Stay away total fraud.

If you want your payment card to be charged for no reason, if you want your money to be withdrawn for no reason, whether you have purchased any products from them or not, they will withdraw your credit card or payment card for no reason, and ultimately you What you can do is cancel your payment card. If the above experience still makes you interested in any of this company's products, you are welcome to experience it yourself.
When giving them a one star rating, you will feel ashamed of yourself, why does such service still have one star?

Was assisted by a lady called Sama she was so attentive and nice and gave me a chance to raise my concerns without disturbing.

I was mislead and unwilling signed into some horrendous subscription which I still don't even know exactly what it is, I contacted the company said I didn't sign to this, I actually bought a carpet cleaner on line via Facebook and it is still advertised on facebook now as a on spot carpet cleaner for £26.99, DO NOT BELIVE THIS , you don't actually get the cleaner, they take that first payment for some crazy subscription which ISNT EVEN MENTIONED ON ADVERT. I was told they'd cancel and refund, they never refunded and took further payments today, if you speak to them via their online chat record your screen when messaging because they lie, take your money use multiple company names.
