I want to return my trousers as the wrong size has been sent I would like a size 12-14 not the size you have sent which is a size8-10 please send me correct size

Shame there's not a -stars !! Ordered 2 dresses over a month ago. Firstly they took more from my account than the invoice! Suggested they were a UK company but the 'tracking' states the items were dispatched from Tampa. Had I have known I wouldn't have ordered. I have contacted them several times to ask for the difference to be refunded and to ask where my package is. They fob me off and direct me to the tracking site. Today it's updated. Apparently my package arrived in the UK on 1st June and has been offloaded to 5 different courier depots, very unlikely. The Ltd company that took my payment don't appear to exist. The tracking website has no business details on, so I believe this to be a fake site. I have raised a investigation with PayPal. I'm not hopeful in receiving the goods or my money back.

Ordered 2 dresses , order didnt arrive . Contacted them & they sent an email saying they’d sent replacement order .
That’s turned up today , they are utter rubbish . Nothing like the advert , quality is awful.
If I’d realised they were being sent from Hong Kong I wouldn’t have ordered them . I’m awaiting a reply to my email airing my views !
Update today they have offered £2 compensation !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My wife ordered two dresses from this company, one green and one pink. When they arrived they were completely differant from the advert. I to contacted them and was offered a discusting cash offer of a £1 to keep them. I contacted then again and politely told them where to put the offer. They came back to me the next day with another offer of £5. This time I've threatened them with leagal. Not that they will take any notice of this. PLEASE stay well away from this company.

I ordered an embroidery sample kit and when it came it was completely different to what I viewed on the advert. I tried to contact them and they had provided a false email address on the enclosed comps slip.
I finally contacted them via my order page and they were most reluctant to take the goods back, offering me a discount to keep them.
The product and service are not good. Avoid buying from this company. I would rate them -1 if I could.

Keep away from this company. They send out absolute rubbish and then refuse to give you a return label. Offer you £3 back to just go away, then when you say no to them, they go on to not reply to you anymore.

Bought the Automatic Fragrance machine and when i assebled it together it started to leak out at the bottom of the machine

I ordered stretchy trousers in dark blue but the invoice says dark grey and is for £32.50 instead of £26.00.

They tried to say it was a sales tax, but only after I contacted paypal, but claim to be a UK company but UK companies include sales tax. The company they charged me from are not registered with comapnies house.

They ignored communication to their support line, so I checked their cancellations and returns page and it said I can cancel up till its posted. I cancelled as it still wasnt, and isnt even now, posted.

They have answered facebook messages now, only after I contacted paypal. Still no support email answers though. Still ignoring I order DARK BLUE not GREY.

UODATE - "You've received a partial refund offer from Unhyy Tech Co.Ltd" was sent to me, but on checking paypal, it was an offer I could decline, not a refund, so I refused it. I am ordering uniform and we wear navy dark blue, not grey. So changing my order to grey is useless. Also, the audacity of adding to the price, then offering to refund that addition and "keep the item" for cost it shoukd have been anyway, after all this hassle, is beyond belief.

Update, they are not a UK company, as they claim. The returns address is

They posted it anyway and say once posted it cannot be cancelled, even though I cancelled the day ordered and checked it hadnt been posted. Now I will have to return it, and fight them on the grounds they are sending the wrong colour. Their website says if it is their fault they pay, custimers fault, we pay.

So further update

I have proof their invoice came on the 9th and following their web advice I cancelled because they charged more than I authorised and it was wrong colour. I did this 7 days straight and they we t ahead and posted anyway and are trying to tell PAYPAL I am refusing to return.

The items arrived today, they have a UK shipping company. They are 10 inches smaller in the waist than advertised. They did arrive in the wrong colour. Their video is a rip off of a UK company but the trousers are a cheaper wrinkly fabric. I have tried to ask to return but they have my email and Facebook blocked now. I have forwarded the details to PayPal but they are ignoring my messages there too

PAYPAL resolution refunded me.now.

I would give zero stars if possible. Charge more than on your payment page, tried to cancel order in time frame but was unable to. Items did not fit and tried to return as states risk free on advertisement, company is not in the UK, will charge $20-$30 dollars to return. DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered 8 craft kits on behalf of my friends and me for Easter. We ordered as company appeared to be in UK. Goods arrived from 2 completely different companies and from China. What we received were not kits as ordered but made up tat. I contacted companies to no avail and eventually raised a dispute via PayPal which was resolved in my favour and money refunded, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY OR DO SO AT YOUR PERIL

Absolute rip off company, I order some tops in size
8-10, what they sent would fit a size 14-16. They offered me £2 to keep them, why would I keep them when they don't fit. They then said they have no smaller sizes and if I want to return them I would have to pay to return them to China.

Should have read the previous reviews before ordering. Placed an order on 6th January. First off they charged me more than they should have done. They added VAT. I contacted them and said that was fraudulent. They apologised and said there was an error on their system and refunded it. I then followed the tracking which was farcical. Why is a company based in China shipping from USA. The tracking system is obviously fake. Just check out tracking numbers close to your own and see how similar the reports are. Numerous times I pointed this out and each time they said there’s no problem the order is on its way. Final straw was when it finally arrived in the UK and was in transit from London with a postcode of AB45 2RW …. Which is Aberdeen. Went back again and asked how it can be in transit from 2 different places 540 miles apart. I finally gave them an ultimatum. Either I have a full refund or receive my item by Feb 7th or I’ll be reporting them to PayPal as a scam. They assure me again all was well and they’d resend my item. I asked how they planned to do that since the item was no longer stocked. I gave them until Feb 10th and then filed a case with PayPal. PayPal gave them until today (20th) to respond. They have failed to engage so PayPal have given me a full refund. My item is still showing as “In Transit”.

Avoid like the plague this is a scam with fake tracking information.

Edit: 22nd March 2025, surprisingly enough my parcel is sill in transit in the UK. As it has been since 3rd February.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Tried to cancel before dispatch they refused. Not received after 1 month and all customer service say is just wait! Absolute disgrace!!! If i could give a negative i would as 1 star is too high

We all say it dont we? DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS CHINESE RIP OFF COMPANY. I have been battling with them since October but they churn out the same reply each time. I have reported them to Glamorise bra company as they are using their pictures to sell items, then send you something totally different then telling you “that’s what you ordered”. At my age I should have known better!

Bought a mini electric shaver for trimming my bollox...and my god what a load of bollox....don't bother,cheap absolute rubbish,which was flimsy and had a cutting edge that would bring tears and pain to a masochist.

Didn’t receive item they said another had been sent! Still not arrived 2 months later. They said couldn’t refund as parcel was in transit I don’t believe that!! Reported to Paypal

I bought an advent calendar in October which still hadn’t arrived by late November. When I complained they immediately posted out a replacement which was obviously useless as it wasn’t going to arrive by 1st December.
I have been unable to claim back from PayPal so far as I have to wait to see if it does actually arrive.
Complete scam!!

I ordered a Christmas calendar with jigsaws Inside,as a gift. When it arrived it had been wrapped in one piece of bubble wrap in a PLASTIC bag! You can imagine the state is arrived in- all battered and crumpled- no way could I give it as a gift. I requested a prepaid return label which they said they couldn't do they offered me £2 in compensation,then increased it to 4( on a nearly £30 purchase,they said I had to send it back to China myself( I didn't even know it was coming from china! So buyer beware of this company!
