Sent an empty envelope! Company saying that item was enclosed but on receipt I only got 2 blank stickers , the envelope was sealed so not tampered with !

Don't use this company, they are a disgrace. Ordered a Guardian of the home ornament. In the advert it is so big the girl uses 2 hands to hold it. When it arrived it is a quarter of the size I expected and as advertised. My hand is bigger than the ornament. Will never use this company again. Trust pilot need to have a Zero star box

Product was not the same as shown on the website, was far smaller with no detail on it. Cheap looking , will not use this website again, if I could score zero I would

Pathetic item one cm square. Never buy from this company. Not fit for purpose and not as advertised. Rip off personified.

Currently in dispute with this company. Ordered 5 things they took 2 months to arrive. All undersized and substandard material quality. All rubbish

If there were zero stars, that is what I would give Designatem. The goods that I received are not as described or as advertised on their website, they have been mis-sold, are of very poor quality and not of merchantable quality.
Designatem are offering a gesture of goodwill refund of a few pounds which is just tactics on their part to try and deter me from continuing, which I am not accepting, they are refusing to send a pre-paid returns label,
I have started the process of raising a dispute with my credit card company in order to receive a full refund.

I ordered a dress in early June and as yet nothing has arrived.
Originally they told me it was shipped from USA to GB then nothing happened.Since then I have sent various emails but i keep being fobbed off.I am now told it is being shipped from China.
I have asked for my money back but they refused.

I cannot score these a zero or else I would. Do not buy from these people. They are quite simply scammers. Your parcel will be with the courier constantly and returned to depot stating they left you a calling card. Trust me nobody left a calling card. Then customer services will tell you they have arranged for the parcel to be returned to you but you will never see it. Tik Tok you should be monitoring these people. Shame on you all.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 2 dresses. They really were not as advertised and neither of them fitted, in total I spent £45, firstly they offered me £2 refund, after numerous emails it was clear I had no chance of recouping my money and I settled for £8.00.
I would seriously think before placing an order with this company.

I ordered 2 garments at the beginning of of July they have had my money but I haven’t received my items if I’ve not received them by the end of the month I’m taking this issue further

Scammers AVOID. If zero was score this would reflect my experience. Paid for 2 items only 1 arrived. Complained, sent empty package stating proof of posting their end. Apparently Common practice. Yokawa.com is also linked business.

Never ever ever use this company. I ordered a red dress size 22. When it arrived the material is like tissue and it was a size 14 at the most. Horrendous quality. They’re impossible to contact. It’s a shame you have to put 1 star I would rate them below zero.

This company should be reported to Trading Standards. Do not buy from them they sell cheap faulty items and do not give refunds

Do not buy from this company, they are scam merchants. They are using photos, videos and descriptions from another company. They make it look as though they are a British company but the order was sent from the USA. The dress I received after seven weeks was nothing like the advertised one. It was made in a cheap, thin, shiny fabric and the style wasn't the same as shown. It is totally un-wearable. They wouldn't give me a refund, so I went through PayPal and they got them to agree to refund me. The only problem is they want me to send it back to them at my expense to China, which would cost nearly as much as the dress! And I wouldn't get the refund until they had received it, I doubt they ever would, so I cut my losses and binned it.

THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED. THE SIZE WAS WRONG, THE ACTUAL DRESS DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE ONE ON THE ADVERT AND I COULDN'T EVEN GET IT ON AS THE CROSS SEAM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER THE BUST BUT WAS 10CMS SHORTER THAN MY ACTUAL MEASUREMENT FROM SHOULDER TO CROSS SEAM. I FOLLOWED THEIR SIZE CHART BUT NOTHING WAS THE SAME. I HAVE NOW PUT THIS IN THE HANDS OF MY BANK AND REQUESTED A CHARGE BACK. THEY GAVE ME A RETURN ADDRESS WHICH WAS :

THIS APPEARS TO BE A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO ANOTHER ONE I HAVE SEEN ON ANOTHER REVIEW. THE IMPRESSION I HAD WHEN ORDERING THIS DRESS WAS THAT THIS COMPANY WAS IN THE UK, BUT SADLY NOT. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If i get one nore email from them I'm reporting them to trade and standards. Leave me alone!!

Ordered three pairs of trousers.
When they arrived they are small and not as stretchy as in video. Contacted customer services. They will not exchange or refund!
This is very unsatisfactory, and I am most upset.
