Never gonna use again

It took Desenio nearly a month for the delivery and when I finally got it - one poster was correct, one poster was missing, and the third one wasn't the one I ordered.

Scam with Payment Reminder Fees

I have ordered 3 frames and pics. Quality was ok nothing outstanding but ok.
My biggest issue was with the payment method, as on that day there were some challenges po process credit card payment i picked the invoicing method through Klarna which is an absolute scam. after few weeks i got an written letter from Klarna that i missed the deadline and have to pay extra 40 CHF for that. I double checked all my emails including and there was no reminder. i would not be suprised if Desenio and klarna has an agreement to share these fees. They know exactly no one will go in court for stupid 40 CHF as my time is more worth. I strongly recommend not to buy from Desenio based on my personal experience.

I raised this with the Desenio Helpdesk, they were absolutely useless. Instead of reviewing the case they just pointed that maybe the payment remindes are in the junk folder (i have checked that, and they were definitely not)

Completely unreliable company

1-3 days delivery time is a joke. I placed an order on the 22 December..i am still waiting for the Order to be despatched. I have contacted them at 3 different times during these 9 days always though the web chat as their customer service is unreachable. On the only occasion someone replied they said the package was ready to be picked up and sent me a link to a DHL website! Obviously that did not link to any tracking of my parcel ... Sometimes l really wonder...why people waste your time.
To cut it short I was supposed to have a display tomorrow...and my walls will be empty unless i find a solution today...So I have asked for a full refund as my order has not been shipped yet and it won't be of use tomorrow.. I will see how far I get with that.
I have to say I am very surprised on how bad this company is.

UPDATE after Desenio looked into the issue

So after my review Desenio looked into the issue and my parcel was already at the collection point but unfortunately they had not been able to tell me as the the link they sent was not connected to my parcel. Still I can see that the mess in my order is a share responsibility between Desenio and DHL that badly handled my delivery.
In the end I decided to keep my order (the items themselves are not bad) as I cannot face to go through the return process.
Finally as I got my parcel I have decided to go from 1 star to 2 starts

I wished to send 4 of the posters back…

I wished to send 4 of the posters back because the quality of the print was poor. I filled in all the requirements online BUT I have not received any return label until today (more than 10 days ago)! I am not ordering anything ever again by Desenio.

I also had trouble with customer…

I also had trouble with customer support and delivery.
Every time calling them it says it's outside working ours but obviously it's not. My delivery took longer than expected, and today I received a message from the shipment company that the package is damaged and the delivery is canceled. But there is no way to call Desenio, they also don't reply the chats.
Please be warned that desenio.se and posterstore.se are same company, just different branding, selling the same products in different prices. Avoid such companies.

Posters not received. Shocking customer service

I ordered two prints two weeks ago and my tracking has stopped updating. I've called Desnio customer services during open hours and excluding lunch times as they state and have only ever been able to get through once. The operative told me there was a delay with Evri, but that it was due the day I called (6th December). No delivery!

I've sent a total of 5 emails and left two contact form messages, and only after leaving a negative comment on their social media did I get a response which completely ignored my request for a refund but told me to look at the tracking which hasn't been updated since the 2nd of December!!

I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this company. I would never use again and hope I get my refund. To date (11th of December) I am still without my product or a refund. Abysmal.

My last order came with terrible…

My last order came with terrible quality of print and colors and the support was sub-optimal. I did not get reply in 6 days and had to wrote back and was replied with a link. I made an order last year and i was happy with the quality at the time.

Undelivered order from November 20

I placed my order on November 20 and still haven’t received it in December 4th. I contacted Desenio Customer Service about the delay on November 30 and still haven’t received a reply.
