Missing Item and Terrible Support!

I placed an order for 3 frames but I only received 2.
I sent 2 emails 1 week ago - still no answer!
I try to contact them by phone the past 6 days numerous times, but their call centre does not work.
Terrible customer support!
Loss of money and no compensation for it.

Would not recommend at all.

UPDATE: After this review they found the emails I sent and sent the missing frame immediately. It took 7 days, 3 emails and numerous calls but only the negative review made them contact me in just 1 hour.
Laughable support - getting the replacement and staying away from this company in the future.
Worst support I've ever experienced - and the whole issue was THEIR mistake.
(And no discount code or compensation for the inconvenience and the fact that I have to wait a month to get my full order)
Shame.

The printing quality is not the best if…

The printing quality is not the best if you order your own poster/design. The website only accepts image formats (eg. png) making it harder to get good quality. If they would take a PDF format, it would also be easier to get better-quality posters.
We also ordered one regular poster (Desenio's design), which turned out well.

Order not received after 15 days of waiting

I made an order on August 6th, I still haven't received it (it's august 20) despite a delivery that was supposed to be fast.

Posters look exactly as they did…

Posters look exactly as they did online. Delivery was very fast and they were very quick to help me when I had an issue with a discount not working. Shout out to Laura from the support team who was super nice!

Paid a month ago but still no products delivered…

Paid a month ago but still no products while the website promises quick delivery… wonder if this is a scam? Let’s see if I get my money back. Horrible customer experience, do not recommend.
Details of my experience:
- I created order no. 22188322 on the 20th of May (2 posters, 2 frames)
- The money is taken from my account 23rd of May
- I contact customer service the 9th of June. They clearly did not check how long I have been waiting for delivery and get the “helpful” message to keep an eye on tracking.
- I contact customer service again on the 12th of June. This time they realize that the package is “lost” (?) and create a new order for me 22248917
- On the 25th of June I have still not received the products and there is also 0 movement at the freight forwarder.

It is the second time I order something…

It is the second time I order something from Desenio and the product arrives damaged from the shipment. The client service and the way I am helped afterwards it's really good, but it's just annoying that you never know in which conditions the product will reach you.

Frustrated at first but happy in the end.

I was frustrated at first but happy in the end. When I received my order the large poster was too big for the packaging and so it got bent in a few places and the smaller posters were loose in the packaging and also got bent as they moved around during shipping. When I wanted to make a claim the website was not working well and I could not send in my claim. 😩 I also could not find a phone number to contact them.😒 I was able to contact them through Instagram and they got back to me quite quickly and were very helpful! 😃 I appreciated the kind help I got! They sent me new posters out to replace my damaged ones. 😃

The delivery and packaging was very nice but I was quite disappointed when I saw the print quality. It looked like I printed myself. Not a great quality or vibrant colors.

High quality posters

High quality posters, specially in big sizes.

I had some minor problems in my delivery but the support at Desenio helped a lot and quickly solved them. Delivery was fast and smooth!

Not quite the quality I expected

I was quite disappointed with the quality of paper. I was under the impression it is going to be the shiny kind but it was a thick variant of normal printing paper that makes the images look gritty, meaning of lower resolution. After touching the paper, I cannot look at the pictures in the same way and they look off to me. Simply put, never ordering again! Also, please remove the delivery and return fee. It is nasty to “force” people to order more or avoid returning because of 50kr delivery fee for paper.

Great selection of posters, and the prices are OK when they have a sale (which they often have).

Very helpful customer service who helps out quickly. A package was lost with the delivery supplier, and Desenio quickly sent out the new order.

Quality products and big variety of options

It took a while to receive the delivery for the canvas but it’s understandable since these are made to order. Overall very happy with the quality and options available. Highly recommend it

ekram 70*100 new with scratches

We ordered ekram 70*100. Even if theres protective film the plastic part has 2 scratches larger than 15 cm. Never gonna order from this website again. Also they charge you return shipping fee which moght be same delivery fee as a new ekframe. Bad quality but products were delivered.
