Whilst they have a wide range of…

Whilst they have a wide range of pictures to suit all tastes, the quality of the prints I got was disappointing. I wouldn’t shop here again. Delivery seemed slow by todays standards and the pictures weren’t really worth the wait. Packaging offered no real protection fir the prints either and were easily opened by anyone before they got to me.

Shockingly bad customer service

Unsurprised by the comments on this page. Have had hundreds of £ worth of prints sat in my basket for a week now, waiting on one small measurement to be confirmed, no responses despite multiple chasers… perhaps they’ll reply here instead?

Order ref 26895106. You asked me for my reference so you can look into my issue but as expected, I have yet to receive a response!

Shocking customer service, infact the worst online company that I’ve used. It’s fine if everything goes well with your order but as soon as you need assistance or there is an issue with your order, they don’t want to know!! Stay away.

Great print but postage price is too high.

The website is easy to get around, choose prints and order. It also has a great selection of prints. However, I find the delivery price very expensive for 1 print. I would have purchased 2 prints if I were to gain free delivery, but the monetary spend is too high at £59.00. This is my reason for dropping 1 star. It makes the prints expensive, even at the supposedly discounted price.

Extortionate return cost

Ordered a print which didn't detail the size of the actual picture within the white border. On arrival the print has a huge border compared to the print and just looks cheap and silly. Went to return and it's a £9.90 fee to return. The shipping was £5.95 which is already very expensive considering it is just rolled up in a box. The cost of delivery and returning is higher than the actual print itself so I may as well keep the item. Won't buy from again. I don't know how a business can justify such an expensive return cost, especially when you have to print the label yourself.

Worst customer service ever when it…

Worst customer service ever when it came to trying to resolve a missing parcel.

I paid nearly £300 for a canvas that never arrived. I called Desenio but all I got was a recorded message that cuts the user off - no opportunity to speak to a real person. I resorted to email but between a useless customer service agent and an automated bot, their communication was inefficient - repeatedly asking me for the same information, sending me to links that didn't work and even asking for my email address in the thread they were emailing me on (!) and also they took ZERO accountability for reaching out to their courier to investigate. Even when I found the information from the courier who confirmed the parcel was lost, Desenio still fobbed me off with dead-end instructions and clearly didn't read the case history. After the 'bot' asked me for my email address again and told me it didn't look like an email address (despite emailing me on it!), I finally gave up and raised a claim with my bank for a refund.

Beyond hopeless.

So sad as I am a repeat customer and I really wanted the canvas.

I will be shopping elsewhere.

My advice: great products, but if things go wrong, their response is worse than hopeless and it felt like a TV wind up designed to infuriate the customer until all patience was exhausted.

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. The custumer care is shocking. Ive recieved the wrong item . I have someone else's large item . It's been here weeks and im not sure what to do with it . Im getting no where with this company . I just want them to pick it up and refund me for the item I didnt re ieve . SHOCKING !!

Still not responding. Where is my refund for the item i didnt recieve ! The wrong item that i have sat here in my way that you seem to refuse to pick up will haveve to be put in the garden as its an obstruction in my room.

Mixed feelings

Love the selection of prints and canvases on the website. On the downside, I'd make 2 points: the packaging is very flimsy. The canvasses should be double-boxed or at least have some sturdy packaging within the rather thin box to protect them. They should also be clearly labelled 'fragile'. It's a miracle both of my canvases arrived unscathed despite a sizeable chunk out of one of the boxes. Secondly, I could not decide at the point of purchase whether to buy a frame so bought unframed thinking I could add one later. But the only frames available separately are for prints only. However, I did return the canvasses without any problems and re-ordered with the frame included. Desenio has a good and reliable returns system. I'm delighted with the framed versions. Quite discreet and very sleek and modern looking. So no complaints really. If you're wavering about getting framed, just go for it! You'll be glad you did.

I ordered 4 pieces of art and 4 frames…

I ordered 4 pieces of art and 4 frames without reading any reviews beforehand, so I was a little unsure what to expect. Everything arrived very quickly, was well packaged, and the quality was great. One piece of art was missing from the delivery, however customer service dealt with it promptly. Overall I’m really pleased and would definitely order from them again.

Payment system doesn't recognise my address. Wasted 30 minutes trying to pay. Only persevered as a birthday present. Will never purchase again as this is total amateur hour. Never had a problem on line with any other website

Comprehensive choices …

Easy to find the print that was just right by reviewing the categories and had several great choices. Bought 3 prints a month ago and was happy with the service provided.

Avoid arrived damaged - poor customer care

Ordered a print and It arrived damaged with box seal open (very poorly sealed).

The print was also very poor quality, poor quality print paper and not vivid as described.

Tried multiple times to contact customer services, no joy and AI chat was useless. Link sent for return label generated and email stated £9.90 will be deducted for a damaged print!

Email sent to customer services on 17/4/26, no response!

I have now had to go to the bank as this is just poor customer services, and unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs.

Good print, would use again

Good price, posted within a week, nice quality print.

We ordered print only and no frame, it arrived rolled in a tube and delivered by Evri.

My one advice to Desenio would be to use tissue paper at the end of the roll and tape as well, as the box arrived open at both ends and the protective paper was bashed and dirty. Print was fine but it’s a risk to have the print rolling around.
