I'm giving 2 stars only because the product itself is good quality and meets expectations. Unfortunately, the buying experience and service was deeply frustrating.
Shipping was delayed by nearly three weeks. A big reason for ordering with them is because of the fast shipping promise. Customer service repeatedly gave empty assurances that my order was being processed and even "ready for courier pickup", completely hiding a major warehouse move and backlog that was only admitted to weeks later. At the end no one even followed up to my last email ...
Hiding known delays and making false promises shows a serious lack of transparency and respect for customers. Great product, but much-less-than-great service and communication.

I have checked the shipping records for your order. There are two parcels, for the bicycle and helmet. The carrier records show that both were refused on 26 September, so you do not need to provide that information again. The latest records checked today show further sorting/customs movement, but do not yet confirm receipt at our warehouse.
I have recorded both parcel references, ending 03733 and 03734, for separate return checks. Your net order payment was £102.60 after the discount. That is the amount to reconcile if both items are received and approved; no refund has been confirmed yet. If they arrive separately, the received and approved items can be assessed separately.

Don't even want to give it one star. Purchased light weight stroller in March. Was very happy with it. Do not use this regularly as I'm a car person maybe once a week if even. The foam on the handle ripped and came away. Reached out and wanted refund. Sent it back, waiting ages for a report. Finally get one to be told buggy dirty and was sent pictures of the wheels. What a joke that had nothing to do with the ripped foam on the handle. I must of been expected to power wash it down like hell was i, i think they wanted to re sell my return. It is not been sent back to me with not even a mention of the foam been ripped or explanation on that. Buggies are for outdoor use, i live in Ireland it never stops raining like come on. AVOID AVOID i bought myself a zummi stroller in symths and it's 10 times better, wider seat and has button adjustments at the back for reclining as oppose to the stupid pull cord on the back of the deryan one that keeps slipping down. I will be seeking legal action on this matter. Was treated was poorly.

Really happy with the up and go beach tent. Used it for vacations on the beach for my little one. Opened up the side/‘windows’ for fresh wind and closed it up when the sun was shining on that side. Really easy to bring with you, def recommend

Still haven't received my order with not much explanation.
Update — 12 October 2026: I placed my order on 26 July. After a long delay (1.5months), DPD tracking marked all three parcels as delivered, but I never received any of them. I reported the missing parcels straight away aka the same day and submitted the requested non-receipt form. After weeks of chasing by email, I was asked for the form again, even though I’d already sent it. DERYAN responded quickly after I posted my one-star Trustpilot review, then confirmed they had found my original form and were reviewing my refund request, two weeks ago. There’s still no confirmed refund or timeline. I shouldn’t have had to keep chasing just to get this far. Disappointing delivery and customer service experience.

Could you please check whether the packages might have been received by neighbors, housemates, or left in a safe place around your home?
