Order process issues
First of all, I’m sick of your constant reminders to leave a review and of you cluttering my inbox with your stupid marketing emails. That’s one thing.
Second, regarding the order itself: ordering through your website or through Shopify is a complete mess. The main issue is that my street address is — surprise, surprise — longer than 32 characters. It was extremely difficult and completely unclear what I was supposed to do about that in order to actually receive my order.
Yes, I wanted to buy from you, so I eventually found a workaround and managed to place the order. But the website itself is shit, and the entire purchasing process is awful.

Delivery time awful
Ordered from Deryan a few months ago.
The porducts are very good so i would not say they are not. However the delivery and support system is very poor.
Ordered products for a few days delivery and one month later still had nothing. When the order did show up it was only half the order and then waited another two weeks before i had to send them an email to demand money back citing the legal reason from their t and c's.
They said they couldn't cancel because it was "with the warehouse". It wasnt. They finally gave my money back. Is a shame as the first product was very good and we would use them again but not now knowning how long it take to deliver.
