I received a faulty device, upon making a complaint, the company are asking me to pay for a complaint form in order to be reviewed. Major red flag! Scammers...do not buy from this company.

I was HIGHLY skeptical and did a ton of research before selecting Dermavel, but I am confident I chose the right product. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, for the removal of moles, skin tags and age spots. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I received this pen and it said to charge it for 4 hours, well it’s been charging for over 24 now. It’ll say it’s charged, I’ll unplug it. Then it will magically be dead. The pen has not turned on since I’ve received it. I’ve read multiple other reviews saying the same thing. Don’t waste your money on something that’s not even gonna turn on. And then trying to contact them is nearly impossible. I still have not been able to get in contact with them. This Is A sophisticated SCAM. As mentioned in another comment. Never have I ever been so played, over a product……… this company needs to be shut down and or SUED.

Purchased this China made P.O.S
Purchased this China made P.O.S. in July 2022. Used it twice and the third time nothing. It's totally my fault for not doing my research prior, as had I done that... well it is plain to read.
Don't give these people your money!
Where do I begin? There are no tutorials on their website as to HOW to safely use this product. Their instruction manual only tells you what needle and setting to use. That's it. No guidance whatsoever. I had to go to other websites and watch YouTube videos to learn how to use it. Only after taking my time and watching these videos did I finally try. After using it once my skin tag didn't dry up and fall off as it should have. Instead, I was left with a weeping, swollen, infected mess! It was so bad that I couldn't imagine using it again. I immediately reached out to their customer service to take advantage of their 90 MB guarantee (clearly advertised on their main page). The CS rep didn't answer my questions at all but wanted to send me another one! I replied and told her I wanted my money back and included a picture of my skin. She ignored my email. I sent another email to CS laying out my experience again and asking them to honor their MB guarantee. Two days later, I received a very dismissive email from the CS rep who replied to my first email. She basically told me that the issue wasn't them or their product, it was me. There was zero empathy or care shown. Here is the final frustrating part of this situation; the form that you have to submit for your return request requires you to upload 5 pictures from 5 sessions! They actually expect you, even with skin damage, to use it multiple times! You also have to upload a before and after pictures as well. Only then will the form allow you to submit the request! The verbiage they use when describing the Money Back Guarantee on their main page makes it seem like they will refund you, no questions asked. Bottom line, these people are scam artists. They know that the promise of a 90 MB return policy will make people more comfortable taking a risk when buying their product. But, they have ZERO intention of following through with their promise of giving you your money back. They count on frustrated customers giving up and moving on. I took the only course left open to me and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please don't give these scam artists your money.
