I used the pen to remove some flat beauty marks a couple of days ago and they are starting to scab now. Looks like the beauty marks will scab off after about a week or so. My recommendation is to start with a lower setting and MAKE SURE you tilt the pen so you’re not accidentally digging into your skin and burning a hole like I did.

Works great! Dark spots are gone.

I ordered the Dermavel plasma pen it got here quickly. The instructions are good and I receive emails with further instructions and information which are very helpful

Pretty easy to use and not too painful. I was nervous to use it on myself at first but I did finally and am a lot more confident. I took off so many skin tags and raised moles in just a small amount of time.
The packaging on this product is not easy to get into and store when you're done and the directions and user guide could be better when they are describing how to use the needle, but once you do it it's pretty easy.

This electric pen ( not a plasma pen) is weak. Spark is not consistent in frequency and power. Pen must make contact with skin to work.

it worked but left bad scars and i mean bad!! the scar is way larger than the area I used it on

The device does not come with any information on how to do any of the procedures. It should come with a complete, detailed guide on how to work the device on a wide variety of skin issues. How are you supposed to know how to do this without burning yourself? I went on Youtube, but it is truly bad customer service to not give people a comprehensive guide. Even Youtube lacks substance in terms of effectively using the device.

I’m still trying to figure out the pen but it is easy to hold steady on for my case moles.
I have had a few moles removed working on a few more now

Being able to remove unsightly skin tags from the comfort of your home is wonderful and it does an amazing job

The Pen overall worked as expected, skin tags were removed with great results. I do recommend a numbing cream before using, unless u can handle the burn.

I have never received my product. Still waiting after one month. So it is 1 star. I need my product or else I want a refund.

I'll be darned. This device actually works. I truly didn't think it would and I thought the reviews were fake. I charged the device fully and used one of the larger needles on the "8" setting to remove two raised seborrheic keratosis on my neck, and one flat but larger one off my leg. Careful not to go too far, as I may have with the one on my leg, but it is healing nicely. I removed several small keratosis with just a couple of touches with this device. It really does work. Read the instructions, test it on smaller areas, numb with ice and dry completely if you are sensitive, but I didn't find it painful. Definitely NOT painful like a tattoo! I am thrilled to discover this handy little device. Also, it didn't take long to get here, meaning it wasn't shipped from overseas, and it has a return policy, so I felt pretty safe ordering it.

On 1/4/23 I ordered the TRIO to avail more discount, without getting informed that order was split into two separate parcels, 2 units came within 5 days and still waiting for the other unit 10 days later. I don't get the point where I have to pay the $4.99 "first in line", after all the parcel delays, DERMAVEL company need to make a good gesture of voluntarily waive the "first in line" fee, it is not about the money, but earning the trust of their customer, I have yet to try the PEN to see if DEMAVEL's claim is trustworthy, review will follow.
