Hi Kim! We appreciate you taking the time to express your thoughts. However, we notified you of a back order on your sunscreen that you purchased. We notified only responded to your email, but there was an automated email that went out to you regarding the back order. If you added an email to receive notifications, you would have received it. We have been in business for over 2 decades and proudly serve all of our customers as best we can. We’re sorry you are not happy with the outcome and are happy to provide you a discount on a future purchase. We are always here to assist you!

I would strongly advise people to be…

I would strongly advise people to be careful when ordering from this website.

I placed an order worth over $300 and have still not received my items. I have contacted customer service several times without getting a proper response. I was told that my order had been shipped, yet UPS tracking shows that they have not even received the package.

I have requested a refund and have received no reply. Based on my experience, this company appears to be highly unreliable, and I feel completely misled as a customer.

If this matter is not resolved promptly with a full refund, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and report my experience to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Hello! The Cyspera is undergoing a packaging change with the manufacturer. If you signed up by email to receive notifications, you would have received an email notification that the product is on backorder. Unfortunately you did not sign up to receive emails and you were notified directly by our customer service team regarding the back order. Your order was refunded upon your request. We’re not exactly sure why you would leave a negative review when we responded to your email and refunded your order. Either way we appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Absolute scam. Never got my products. They wouldn’t respond to emails for weeks at a time then they offered me a refund AND CHANGED THEIR MIND and said it wasn’t company policy. A good business would HINOR THE CUSTOMER. They’re full of shit, vile disgusting business. I don’t think they ever shipped it just like everyone else on here is saying it’s a scam. Save your money bc the products are expensive. Laz skincare is SO MUCH BETTER.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered 2 products on Sept. 27. Received one product with a handwritten note on the packing slip that the other item was on backorder even though they had already charged me. Emailed their customer service several times a couple weeks later with no response. Finally did get a response they they were shipping and I received the product on Nov. 4. Due to lack of communication by the company, I will never use them again.

This website is a scam

It's a scam. Case in point: I ordered this product from them (Nimni cream) because it seemed to be 20% off. And they sent it to me! But here's the scam part: they priced the 15ml version at the 50ml price (I thought I was getting the 50 ml, you can see the same product in 50 ml, priced by Derma Beauty for the 15 ml they sell), so even with 20% off they are making a dishonest markup. It's extremely misleading, and they also have no reviews of this product on their website. I sent 2 emails to support and have not heard back. They even dared sending me an ask for a review of the product, and of course the link goes directly to the product page where there is no place to leave a review.. Beware and don't buy from this site! I'm going to ask a refund from my credit card.
