Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I travelled from Birmingham to view an advertised campervan. The website states open till 6pm. A guy who is leaving says he now thinks its sold and walks away then drives off.

Firstly I would like to apologise sincerely on behalf of the team for any inconvenience you may have encountered. We are not sure who you may have spoken with as there is other businesses on site.

Our sales team and management was not present at your arrival today as we are based on appointments and the team is away on a corporate weekend trip.

Rest assured we are here to assist in whatever capacity we can to identify the individual you spoke to and rectify our reputation. I have requested information from you via the trustpilot form. If you could kindly respond with your contact details or give us a call, we will be more than happy to discuss your concerns.

We have many campers currently in build phase and for sale. The information you received is misleading.
