I wish i should have came here looking the reviews before buying, do not buy on this store, it's a scam!

They accept your order and don't give you any confirmation, 10 days later I contacted them asking about my order, and they said they do not sell the products I ordered anymore and are making me wait another 14 days for a refund!

Be aware. This website just leads to the original website. the-silencehofer.at and they have also changed the Web address from dot com to dot at.... der-schweighofer.at and der-schweighofer.com IS the same company.

Update: The received the package back on the 18th March and apparently issued the refund on the same day. On 30th (12 days later. And it does NOT take 12 days for visa to refund) I contact them and tell them I haven't received the money yet. They say its already been sent.... LIES! I ask when and this is their response.

So they cannot confirm that they did not refund me like they stated and would not tell me when. Let's not forget people. This is MY money and the reason why they could not resend the package was because 12 days previously they had already issued the refund which is a bold faced lie. 3rd April. 4 days after I asked for information on the refund it suddenly turns up. The usual time for visa refunds is between 0 and 5 days typically. In fact I cannot remember the last time it has taken more than 5 days for a visa refund from the hundreds of worldwide sales I make. So there you go. Make your own minds if you can trust this "honest" company. And if you don't believe me. Read the other negative comments proving this company is the worst for customer service and will not refund your money unless you pressure them. I will be going to my bank and asked when the refund was sent as proof.

Avoid like the plague. I ordered (number: 1979045) and was waiting patiently for my items. 70-90% off so ordered a lot. Suddenly I see on the package tracking that its being returned to sender?
So I contact Modellsport Schweighofer customer service and was informed by Elke Leonard, Administrator, that they do not know why, but will contact me as soon as they receive the package back.
Next thing I receive an email stating they have received the goods and will issue a refund. Huh? What? Are you kidding me.

So I contacted them again asking why and saying if there is an issue sending to my country, that they could send to my German address instead. I assume the issue was the lipo battery so why not remove that and send the other 10 items?

Heard back from them saying there is nothing that can be done and I have to reorder. Oh really. How convenient. So now I have to pay full price....

Sent a few messages back and forth and they try and say its the shippers refusing to send it and the case is finished. Yet Modellsport Schweighofer website allowed me to order a lipo battery to my country. And once again. Whatever the reason, remove that item and send my other products or send the whole order to my German address.

And I have ordered a complete rtr rc car including lipo that was sent from Modellsport Schweighofer to Malta without issues 27th October 2021.

So thank you so much for the zero customer service and support. Maybe stand by your own employees email and offer a solution rather than, its over as far as you are concerned.

My video was supposed to be about how good your company was. It won't be now!

Avoid if you want any type of customer service. Just read the other responses. Any issues with warranty or shipping issues and they hide behind their own terms and conditions. A lot better and more professional RC webshops in Germany. I know. I have tried most of them.
