Friendly staff but somehow my payment…

Friendly staff but somehow my payment plan jumped from 63 dollars bi weekly to over 200

Hmmmm. While I agree that is a problem, I'm not sure that this is from our company. I'm going to have our Customer Service Department reach out to you. The first red flag is "bi weekly" as a payment option, which is not one of our options. I'm hoping we can clear this up a bit with you and help figure out what happened. Thanks.
